Nouveau condominium d'unité Waikiki End dans la célèbre Fairway Villa Waikiki. Ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain est une unité de finition où le propriétaire a commencé avec une toile vierge et a ajouté toutes les touches modernes que vous pouvez ressentir du sol aux meubles. Il y a de nouveaux planchers, des armoires et des comptoirs, une cuisine complète, une place de stationnement GRATUITE et de nouveaux meubles! Sentez-vous à la maison avec un lave-linge / sèche-linge dans le condo, une fenêtre / climatisation dans chaque chambre, la télévision par câble HD, un téléphone local, Internet haut débit GRATUIT! La villa Fairway se trouve au centre de Waikiki, du côté Ala Wai, ce qui la rend plus isolée mais suffisamment proche pour faire l'expérience de la "vie urbaine" de Waikiki. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la célèbre plage de Waikiki et à un pâté de maisons du nouveau marché international. Le bâtiment lui-même dispose d'une piscine sur le toit et d'un barbecue offrant une vue à 360 degrés sur Oahu.

Nous sommes à quelques pas de la plage, des restaurants, du zoo et de la plage de Waikiki, et juste en face de Food Pantry, la seule épicerie à service complet de Waikiki (visitez HI Steaks juste à l'entrée, mon endroit préféré pour un déjeuner ou un dîner délicieux et rapide). Les courses ici sont un peu chères, mais vous ne pouvez pas faire mieux. Si vous voulez devenir un peu amateur, essayez Safeway sur Kapahulu ou Wholefoods au Kahala Mall.

Si vous êtes en forme, joignez-vous aux joggeurs et au parc Kapiolani, ou allez vous baigner le matin dans l’espace clos de la plage de Waikiki.

This was a great location for our month-long stay in Honolulu. Walkable to many shops and restaurants, a short block to the major bus lines, yet not directly on the busiest Waikiki streets. The nearby Waikiki Market is great for grocery essentials or a grab and go meal. The unit itself was as expected, clean, and the kitchen was fairly well stocked. We would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: January 2022 was my first time in Hawaii. My friend, Carol, found the unit we stayed at from Ali i. We were so impressed with Ali i that we decided to come back to same condominium building, Fairway Villa, but we rented a different unit, which was even better than the one we had in 2022. Before getting into the physical unit, I must say that the Ali i staff: Rita, Gabby, Rington and Michael, were exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. About the unit, the first thing we noticed was that it was very clean and had high end finishes, like the comfortable beds, ceiling fans, washer and dryer and couch. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. We were on a higher floor and saw more of the sun. Our lanai faced the mountains, the Ala Wai Canal and the golf course. We liked that again our location was only a 10 minute walk to the beach. We were about 2 blocks from a main street, Kuhio, where we had access to shopping, restaurants, coffee and convenience shops. The 24 hour Fairway Villa staff was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend Ali i and the unit 1101 at Fairway Villa to those who want to be where the action is in Waikiki.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:Mike from the property management company was excellent. He (and owners) quickly addressed a few concerns we had at the beginning of our stay. Full sized frig, stove and dishwasher made it easy to live in Waikiki for a month. Availability of washer and dryer was a huge plus. Very nice pool and deck with BBQs and beautiful views. Security on at all times. All were very polite and helpful.Cons: The fire department was called due to elevator issues, ironically, the day we arrived and the day we left. We were scrambling to make it to our shuttle to the airport due to the lost time waiting for the elevator to be fixed, but we chose to find humor in it all. ;)The water and electricity are routinely turned off for maintenance. If you see the posted announcement, one can make it work, but it does require extra planning.The condo is clean and nicely maintained. The elevators and hallway to get to the condo need a serious cleaning.This condo is a better fit for 4 rather than 6, unless 2 of the 6 are children. Would we recommend this condo?...absolutely...part of the fun of Hawaii is relaxing, getting outside, enjoying the beaches and going with the flow. For us, time spent indoors was minimal, so this condo was a good fit for us.

Reviewer Comments: at first I thought it was smaller than depicted in the photos however having stayed in Waikiki before I realized it was on par with all the other places ie comfortable but dated. Once we were settled in the place grows on you and you realize it is right for the area. Location is perfect and amenities are as expected no more but no less. I would rate it at a very neutral 5 out of 10 and yes I would stay there again.

Nice apartment in a nice neighborhood near Waikiki. The apartment is very nice and clean just like in the photos. It’s only two blocks from Waikiki Beach in the big shopping centers which is very convenient for tourists like us. There are tons of restaurants around us. The management is very nice and helpful. Thank you for giving us a new set of kitchenware to cook our meals. The swimming pool on the top is very nice area and super relaxing too, it’s very spacious and can accommodate everybody although they are only a few people each time I go there. It’s an ideal place to sunbathe or relax in the serenity and the view of Waikiki & the mountains around. The apartment has AC in every room which is a big plus since it’s hot in August . This is a good place and I will refer to friends and families.

We stayed for 5 weeks. The only complain we had was the construction noise but it was indicated in the description. Location is great, working distance to beaches, shops and good restaurants. We would come back when all the construction is done... which not sure when... Our experience with Alii Rental is also wonderful.
