The location was great, with access to many restaurants, historic sites, and night life. The bed was extremely comfortable and having the rooftop option was great!

The place was perfect for our visit in Old San Juan. it was in a great location and the host was very nice and helpful. The rooftop views were an added bonus!

First of, GREAT LOCATION !!! It is located on top of a pizza place and bar. So you are able to get yummy food and an ice cold mojito. Inside the residence is beautiful. Literally stepping in you feel the cool AC and you see the beautiful spiral stairs. You walk up the stairs and see the bedroom. The room has a tall mirror for those insta worthy pictures ✨ As you walk further up the stairs you reach the rooftop. It is spacious enough for you and your guest, you do have to share with the next neighbor but there is a divider. Honestly seeing San Juan in the night... mesmerizing 😍😍 I honestly could not stop admiring the location.

The location was great!

Well, the toilet clogged up 4 times, the Water in the shower never got past a luke warm temperature ( leaning to the cold side)and also water would stop running in the middle a shower that happened 4 times during my stay. Also the bathroom is on the 2nd floor so you have to climb the tiny spiral staircase to get there what a pain..... The private balcony consisted of 1ft not much to stand on! When it rained(and it does quite often in Puerto Rico) the roof top door leaves and the rain water runs in and down the staircase (making the spiral stairs very difficult and dangerous to climb)to end up pooling on the living/kitchen floor. Felt like a custodian several days having to mop up water!!! Not what I want to do on my vacation!!! Two days after arriving the wifi went out, did not start again for 6 days I had to use the smart view on my phone just to watch the television. Also there is a pizza/bar that has their patio tables right below your "balcony", it is noisy and loud from the people to the music blasting Overall I would definitely pick a different place to stay next time I come back to Puerto Rico!!!!

We liked everything about it! We ended up in isolation there, thanks to Coronavirus, but we had already chosen to extend our stay there after seeing the location and facilities. It’s a lovely apartment, with lots of space and great decor, and a wonderful roofdeck. The management was super accommodating and helpful. There is a great little restaurant downstairs and the neighborhood is perfect for walking. Just a perfect place!
