駅近で、羽田空港からも40分ぐらいで着きました。タオル交換、フロントのドリンクバー無料！アメニティーは自分でフロントで取れるので便利！！

2人で宿泊だと思っていたよりも部屋が狭かった。

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We paid less for small rooms so the rooms were small but very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

大廳有飲料自助吧跟漫畫可以看，覺得待在大廳很自在！地點離東京鐵塔與新橋站也不遠，很方便！ 工作人員很親切，若無自備盥洗用品，可以到大廳自行領取～

房間蠻小的，行李箱打開就滿了😅但其他都很棒

スタッフさんの対応もよくお得な宿泊です。 無料の朝食パンを３ついただく事ができドリンクも色々ありました。 近くにはローソンもあり美味しいラーメン屋さんもありました。

お掃除が行き届いてなかった気がします。

Breakfast is served in small packets, which are quite tasty, and with the self-service hot and cold drinks machine, it's great, and you can also watch the free comics provided in the lobby, so you can enjoy it very much.The Twin room bed is quite big. The bathroom has a bathtub and provides good quality lotion, make-up remover and toner.

It's about a ten minute walk from the station, which was slightly harder as we had nursery aged children with us. But overall it was convenient.

Small but practical and comfortable room perfect for the trip. Great location with just a short walk to different metro and JR stations , and the Tokyo Tower just a couple of minutes away. There are free hot and cold drinks in the lobby as well. The staff was very kind and helpful with all my queries. I’d love to stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

There’s free breakfast which is nice to start in the day, but it is the same assortment every day.

Przyjemny i kameralny hotel w przystępnej cenie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji niedaleko metra i Tokio Tower, przyjazny personel. Niedaleko hotelu znajduje się alejka z wieloma gastronomicznymi punktami.

Personale molto accogliente, struttura dotata di molti comfort. Ottima l’idea delle bevande fredde e calde sempre a disposizione nella hall

Very clean and modern hotel with very polite staff. Breakfast was different sorts of bread and drinks were 24/7.

As for most rooms in Tokyo, the room was very small. Best to bring only small suitcases.

Nice staff, breakfast is ok but very welcome if you want to save some money. Water, ice, coffee and soft drinks were always available and were nice to have on hand.

The location was a bit too quiet, definitely had to take the metro to everywhere. The room was really tiny (but probably okay for Japanese standards) and a bit too dark.

The room was somewhat small, but contained everything I needed, and the staff left new clean towels everyday outside of my room (in the days they were not supposed to clean inside)

10 minutes walk from the main metro station is a bit too much, but you have 3 different stations in that distance.

Good value ! Clean and not expensive ! The staff is so helpful and polite . The hotel is not far from two subway stations .

The breakfast was really poor … maybe because of the restriction . Got one croissant , one bread cheese and sweet apple bread . Maybe one fruit or something different than bread can be better .

Great for an overnight stop or two. Convenient for the monorail from Haneda, and for Tokyo Tower and otehr Minato attractions. Friendly, comfortable, quiet and free warm and cold drinks in the lobby.

The room itself albeit small was clean and was adequately equipped. It was furthermore very quiet, so that is great in Tokyo center. Location is quite central with handy access to Shinjuku, Ueno, Shibuya, the Yamanote line...and even direct and cheap to Narita airport. In the same block you have a Lawson Natural konbini, and some restaurants although not so many and a few blocks away.

It was probably our mistake, not to have booked a bigger room. But we didn't think it'd be that small! Upon arriving I asked if I could pay for an upgrade but they told me there were full. Breakfast was nice to have, as were the free drinks. It would be awesome though to have a piece of fruit included or something a bit healthier.
