We were very impressed by the standards from the front desk staff to the kitchen staff and bar staff. We have stayed once in a Mantra in Sydney a few years ago and it was the same standards. We highly recommend the Mantra. The decor and comfort of the place is next level. We couldn't recommend the Mantra high enough. Well done and keep it up!! :)

I paid $379.00 for a night that included no breakfast, no free water and no tissues. I got a bottle of wine but would have preferred an orange juice and sparkling water. Not everyone can drink full cream milk or diary. A lactose free option would be good. Or a skim milk.

The rooms were lovely and beds were incredible. But we LOVED the buffet breaky. Wishhhh this was closer to the city but should a great hotel

Air conditioning was terrible. We were unable to get room to cool down enough and it was very stuffy. The water pressure was too low and the shower had gunk built up in the corners, obviously from not being cleaned properly for quite some time. On leaving, staff did not even acknowledge me when I handed back the room key.

The best were comfortable, the hotel was in the perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Manor. Breakfast was lovely. Enjoyed our one night stay.

Here we go.... CAR park is outdoors Reception staff. Ken actually went to room to see if it was available left me waiting at reception. Room was one bedroom first floor. Heating didn't travel to bedroom from tv room so was freezing all night. Shower took 10 minutes to heat up. Went back down to reception next day asked to be moved was told they're full. That was 8am.they could've allocated me another room but rude manager told me you'll have stay in room. I had breakfast it was disgusting. Runny scrambled eggs and crisp burnt bacon. That was it I said I'm checking out. Contacted booking.com who helped heaps. Was refunded and vacated. Summary, Horrible Hotel some staff were rude food was terrible.

All went smoothly from the moment I booked right through to check out. The bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. Having the pub downstairs was a great facility too. The location of the Mantra was great for our needs and family event. Next time I may book an apartment with a washing machine.

All went smoothly from the moment I booked right through to check out. A minor thing is that the milk wasn't replenished on Day 2. We asked the desk clerk and he obliged. He made a joke saying that the cleaning lady probably likes her coffee without milk, so that is why we didn't have the milk replaced. Quite sweet and not a major thing but worth a mention. :)
