It was roomy

1. Train rumbling, external noise, noise from people in the corridor 2. Shower in bath that was awkward to get into and out of, with step up and step down required. The bottom was curved and no anti-slip mat. Sharp angles on the bench at the end. This is a hazardous situation IMHO, particularly for the elderly and pregnant women. 3. As I snore I asked for an extra mattress in the lounge which they provided but hit hit me up for an extra 50. When I said that left a sour taste they were quite patronising with their response stating that I should book 2 rooms in the future.

Our room was perfect for our stay. Close to the event we travelled to see and all we wanted to do. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Beds were comfortable, great views of the city and roomy apartment. Staff very helpful.

Noise from the trains. Only one lift working (waiting on a part) so some delays at peak times. No instructions on the how the heating worked, no information about the unit as is often provided in accommodation. Went to use the oven and it had a dirty roasting dish in it.

Location was very convenient to take the free CBD tram. Stop was just short walk away.

We had a great stay at the Adina. The room was huge and comfortable. The location was really convenient. Staff were really friendly. There is an IGA supermarket downstairs which was really convenient.

It was close to train tracks and you could hear the trains during the night. It didn’t bother my family but I’m a light sleeper so I was aware of it.

Lovely spacious rooms in the heart of the city - great views and everything I needed for my 2 day stay.

The apartment was well located for us as we were there to go to the MCG primarily. It had a very Melbourne, inner city vibe and that was fun.

There is no lift. I am not sure how less capable guests would have been able to manage the laneway entrance and the multiple stair cases.

In a good position for us

I loved the welcome package to the Loft apartment, the apartment itself was spacious and beautifully pesented with everything you would need on a short stay

the only thing I didn't like, which is out of the control of the adina as it is a Heritage listed apartment, that there is no lift and you have to use the stairs to your room - only a problem if you have heavy luggage - as I did.

Newly renovated loft room was great

Very noisy through the night - from nearby restaurant and street sweepers etc. Windows have no soundproofing at all. We got very little sleep as a result.

Location was excellent for what we needed. We had a show to see at rod laver arena and a 500 Mt walk to get there.

Stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom accessible apartment which catered perfectly to our needs. Great, roomy spaces, excellent accessible bathroom. All facilities really good and the apartment was spotless.

Only one lift was working which meant quite a wait at times especially as we needed space for the wheelchair

The location was great since it was a 5 minute walk from Flinders Station so it was easy to get anywhere you like. Apart that a tram stopped about 2 mins down the road. The whole apartment was nicely furnished and cozy. I had a great view from the balcony. The bedroom was cozy and the bed was super. The only noise you could faintly hear from the bedroom was that of the trains since there is a train track nearby but it did not bother me at all. The curtains at the window contained a black out so I could sleep as much as I like in the morning without be woken up with the first rays of sunlight.

It's hard to say what I didn't like since there isn't anything. The only suggestion I can make, and just a suggestion and not a complaint is since the shower was part of the bathtub, it was a bit tough to get out off since the bathtub was a bit high. It didn't bother me that much but for someone who might have mobility issues, it can be a problem. Maybe a step stool should be made available. Just an idea.

The space was excellent.

The windows should be double glazed to reduce the noise from Flinders Street. The pillows need to be replaced.

Only one lift working so it took forever to get in & out of the property. No clocks in apartment. No phones in apartment - expected to use your mobile to ring through to reception. Website says 24hr reception but when we returned just before midnight front door locked & no one on reception.

The unit was a great size, very clean and comfortable, and close to the MCG for our footy weekend.

It could have had another lounge to sit on.

Was welcomed by friendly staff access to parking was nice and easy and elevator to floor 11 10 m from where I parked
