I booked and paid full payment also online , but the hotel not accepted the online payment ,so I paid extra Rs.1500/-per night. On the other hand my online payment also not refunded..I informed and mail about, but not respond .

They gonna call you first that sir when are you checking in and then they will tell to visit the property and when you reach to property They denied the check in and we're asking for extra money. So be careful about it .
My booking done was of 3555 for 3 night's but when reached there they were asking 6080 and on the app also it's showing amount,i am not getting how it can be. Both this property and manger making the fraud and no one is taking action against this
