We loved everything about the property. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. But also, plenty of room to gather with our whole group. We had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend Boris and his property.

This house had a great location and was very roomy for our family. Instructions for check-in were easy to understand and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay here.

Overall, the stay we had wasn’t bad as it was a good neighborhood. I was surprised based on the reviews left before us, where it had 4 1/2 stars. I can say the pictures were deceptive as the yard is small. The grill was broken and pretty much unusable. We had holes in the walls and a beer bottle under the couch downstairs. Their was a massive amount of hair stuck in one of the showers.. the lights went out on us in a bathroom the last day as well. The sheets had stains on them in two of the rooms. I was upset that Boris didn’t have any contact with us after we had messaged him with a picture of how much hair I took out of the drain. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

We did meet here for celebrating our indian festival "Dussehra" and the house is really clean.
We did enjoy a lot. We were a group of 10 people and farmhouse is quiet big..

This is the second time most of us have stayed at this property. Great location and proximity to every thing we had wanted to do this weekend on the bachelor party. A great time was had by all.

This property worked out great for my friends and I to meet up for a quick retreat and a chance to catch up and reconnect with one another. The property was well-maintained and everything was as described.

This was an inexpensive rental but we got what we paid for. It was clean in the sense that it was sanitized, but some of the dishes had not been cleaned recently and were stuck to the cabinet liner. There are weird marks on the wall in the bathroom. There isn't a bathroom in the basement and the basement room needs child safety on the outlets that stick out of the wall.
This house is on a busy intersection, right at a stoplight. There is a nice yard but due to weather we couldn't enjoy it. It is not fully fenced in, which isn't child friendly.
My biggest headache was the communication of the manager. I asked him to respond to me on my cellphone and once had something that needed immediate attention and said "Please call me now" and gave him my number and hours later still have no response.
All that being said if you are looking for a good deal it is better than a sketchy motel and I would stay again as long as we could ask for a few things to be remedied.
P.s.. there is no ice machine or ice trays.

It was a nice place to stay in and it had plenty of room in it.
It was a nice little place to stay in, the only things was we couldn't get the air to where we would like the temperature to be at since it was so hot while we were there. Other than that it was a cute little place for people to stay in.

Hosted a bachelorette party for a friend and had 9 girls total. We had enough space for all the sleep and in a great neighborhood!

I stayed here with a few friends for a night and it was great. The house was very nice and bigger than expected. I have no complaints. This was a great house to stay in and I would differently recommend it to anyone.

This property was incredible! Very spacious. Great weekend get away with friends to attend a chiefs game! Definitely would consider staying here in the future with a group of friends! Host was very responsive.
