Wonderful stay booked directly. Property manager is helpful with check in to store luggages and parking. Better to reply client texts more often and timely. Unit has what I need, the furniture and beds can be updated. Condo is a little older but the view is amazing. One elevator is a pain but lobby remodeling will finish in a few months from mid 2023. The building is right on the beach matching from our research and we loved it, need to walk out to shopping street tho.

We traveled to Waikiki with my elderly mother, and while we rented a different unit (#1110), we decided to let her stay there and we stayed in #1316 so she would be more comfortable. The location and view from both condos was incredible and we couldn't have been happier. The properties were both clean and well appointed with necessities like laundry and dish detergent and coffee filters. However there were a number of issues with #1316 that I would like to point out. The pull out sofa would not lay flat (it was about a 15 degree angle when open) and while this was okay for our youngest child, it might not work for some. The furniture was very old and some of it looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster. The bed was incredible uncomfortable and felt like a blanket wrapped around a concrete slab, which for the price of the condo, wasn't what we'd hoped for. Last, little details like the seal around the shower door was broken so the door would not stay shut, and the broken hair dryer, were disappointing for the price point. We borrowed the hair dryer from # 1110. There were hardly any utensils and we were eating off of serving sized spoons, and really the whole condo could use a paint job, with paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathroom. Paul was the property manager and he was very kind and also seemed extremely busy, so we didn't want to bother him with these complaints, but we wanted to let you know so they are hopefully fixed for future guests. Last, I wanted to mention that it was quiet and peaceful until our last 2 nights there, when we ended up with new neighbors above us who sounded like they were rolling around a bowling ball at all hours and below us were people smoking - so we couldn't sit on the balcony without breathing in their smoke, and even with the doors shut it seeped through the walls. I complained to the front desk but we didn't stay long enough after that to find out if it had been resolved. 1110 was overall a much nicer condo.

Check-in went smooth. We called Paul from the airport and he met us in the lobby. Unit was clean and very spacious. We did not stay long enough to do much cooking, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. Coffee pot was a good one and brewed it hot. We brought our own filters and coffee. We picked this unit to be able to walk to drinks and dinners and that was extremely doable. Be sure to stop at Paia Fish Market and Marukame Udon for lunches. We rented a car one day from a convenient location right up the street. Paul was great. View was awesome and fireworks if you are there on a Friday night. Waikiki is very very crowded at night - and if shopping is your thing, you will not be disappointed. I would definitely return to this unit. Only 1 elevator working, but we rarely had to wait very long. If we had been on a lower floor, we would have used the stairs frequently.

The condo is very clean and neat, exactly as pictured with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and snorkels. Convenient parking across the street at the large Fort Derussey lotPaul was super responsive on our checkin day and had everything ready for us.There was only 1 functioning elevator at the time of my visit, so there was sometimes a long wait and crowded elevator rides but that should be a temporary issueWe would definitely stay here again!

This condo is walkable to all of Waikiki shops, restaurants and beaches. We also were able to walk to pick up a rental car for the day, further proving the location cannot be beat. Our only concerns had to do with access to the property. The code for the entry door did not work, but the property contact responded quickly. However, the code continued not to work for a few hours limiting our ability to come and go. And, when it was time to depart, we were unsure what to do with our trash. The directions said to "take it out," but we didn't know where to take it. The property manager never responded to us so we left it.
None of this can undo the wonderful stay at the property. We could see sea turtles swimming in the water from the end of the building, we enjoyed the lanai and watching the sunsets and the property was in excellent condition.

We had an amazing stay at Waikiki Shore. The condo was everything we were hoping for and more. And that view! Amazing sunsets and Friday night fireworks! Parking in the off site lot was accommodating, easy and worry free. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!

Great views
The location and views are pretty good. However, the walls are super thin and we would be woken up everyday by our neighbors parting at 5am… we made multiple requests to the manager but nothing was done. The unit is also extremely bright at night. if you need darkness to sleep, this isn’t the place for you. The beach is also very tiny and packed so you’ll have to walk to find a good spot

Paradise Found in Fun Waikiki
Had an awesome stay at this unit! My family and I loved the spaciousness, the views, and the proximity to everything. Unit was clean, modern, with gorgeous views looking to Ala Moana. Most days, we'd trek it up to Waikiki Beach proper (10-12 mins walk along the water), where we'd surf, body surf, hang, and of course have lunch at Duke's. Highly recommend this place. A few tips on what you might want to bring: Bring your own coffee (unit has a maker), your own small cooler for beach days, and keeping drinks cold, a good beach umbrella. Beleive the unit had a beach umbrella but perhaps a small one? It did have beach chairs which was super. Great communication with the property managers too. Mahalo!

It was fine. I already reported the completely broken chair seat on the lanai (A person could get injured if they sat on it and fell through ) and the fact that the coffee filters don’t match the coffee maker, so your coffee is completely full of grounds. Also I think that the pots and pans are quite outdated. Everything else was fine.
