Notre maison a été construite en 1893 et l'appartement du dessus est nouvellement meublé et est totalement privé. Il a une chambre avec une reine et une avec un matelas de taille normale, un canapé-lit queen size et un grand lit gigogne dans le salon. La cuisine a une taille moyenne réfrigérateur / congélateur et est entièrement équipée avec tous vos besoins de cuisine. Il n'y a AUCUN FOUR / POÊLE; Cependant, il existe une cuisinière à induction portable qui peut être utilisée pour tout ce qui serait autrement cuisiné sur la cuisinière. Les pots et des casseroles appropriées sont fournies. Il ya aussi un micro-ondes, four grille-pain et grille-pain disponibles.

Vous serez également en mesure de profiter de câble et d'Internet, 2 TV, 2 d'Apple TV, climatisation et 2 réveils. Denver a également des vélos de location appelés B-Cycles, Car2Go, Uber et Lyft pour un transport facile.
La maison si plus de 120 ans et oui les planchers de bois franc font du bruit mais cela n'affecte en rien le rez-de-chaussée. Il y a un thermostat que nous contrôlons en bas que nous devons contrôler mais depuis que nous avons commencé à utiliser notre étage comme location de vacances, nous avons vraiment réussi à contrôler la température pour le rendre confortable pour 99% de nos clients. Il y a aussi une unité de climatisation portable dans la chambre arrière (celle qui a tendance à être un peu plus chaud en été) pour les clients à utiliser en plus de notre climatisation centrale.

Neighborhood was so cool, quiet street for good night sleep. This upstairs VRBO was so warm and clean and relaxing. We had lots of linens and extra blankets, ample closet space dressers for storage. We really enjoyed this VRBO stay, we could walk to so many business's and take in the view. I want to come back again with my three daughter-in-loves. Take in 5 days vaca at this VRBO. We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at this location to catch a Broncos game and see a bit of Denver. Great location and very clean. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Jason was a great host. He lives on-site and was available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for restaurants and bars. The property was very comfy, clean and welcoming. He had lots of extras like an Alexa in each room, plenty of nice towels, and all of the kitchen needs you could want, and there was no shortage of toilet paper!

The unit was exactly as listed! Clean, quiet, equipped with plenty of towels and toilet paper, easy free street parking, and great to use as a central “hub” to explore Colorado. Having the fans in the bedrooms was a plus. Hosts were wonderful with communication and recommendations.

Very cute and clean place on a quaint block in a quiet neighborhood and yet surprisingly close to so many dining options (by foot). Walking distance to the metro. Low cost Uber distance to much more! Easy street parking. We already plan to return!

Check in process was seamless! Upon entering we noticed how spacious and clean the unit was. Bathroom was large with two sinks. The balcony space was a lovely place to drink coffee in the morning. Overall had a cozy feel and made for a lovely stay. My only gripe was the creaky floor boards.

This property was exactly what they said it was and the property manager answered any questions we had in a very timely manner throughout our stay. The area was great with many walkable restaurants and other restaurants very close by. It was easy to get to downtown and to main highways to travel!

Great location so close to downtown Denver. Our place was comfortable and we had everything we needed. I really appreciated the Keruig and Brita pitcher. My only comment for improvement is that the carpets & rugs could use a good cleaning.

We absolutely loved this property! It has everything you need and is really a home away from home. We had a busy couple of days but it was lovely to come back and chill out on the deck! We would definitely stay again! ❤

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location close to Washington Park. The only reason we couldn't give 5 stars overall was the uneven wood floor at the top of the stairs. The floor was beautifully refinished but it was slanted and uneven which made it difficult to walk on for us older folks.

Great little place located in a fantastic neighborhood! It was fun to walk around and see all the old restored properties. The back deck was perfect for our family of 4 to eat and play games. We wished it had a grill but instead we enjoyed the property managers recommended restaurant's. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at this great apt. Very clean, with everything you need. Location near Alemeda St. gives you access to a bunch of excellent places to eat or drink. Best recommendation- Bon Ami for breakfast.

Great little getaway
My daughter (13) and I (F41) really enjoyed this stay. We were in town for thrifting, antiques, and vintage and found the location close to Broadwell to be perfect! The neighborhood is easy to get around in and full of beautiful houses. It was right up our alley. ;-)
The property was very nice. It had enough space for up to four comfortably, the beds were good, and the provided coffee was a welcome addition to our morning. Corie was helpful and easy to work with. We will stay here again.

I was so close to Washington Park, restaurants, grocery store, the highway, etc. The owners are fantastic, and the apartment is immaculate! There’s a coffee bar, deck, comfortable furniture, and everything you need for a comfortable stay! I would absolutely stay here again!!!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was a quiet neighborhood. Which is what we wanted. Our host made sure we were super comfy. The bed, sheets and comforter was super soft and made our sleep great!! Great distance from everything you need.

This property is on a quiet street near Washington Park. It is thoroughly residential, but I was able to navigate easily using Google maps and mass transit. You can get an all day rail and bus pass for $6! There are many bars and restaurants in the area or just walk the neighborhood and interact with the locals. It’s the perfect choose your own adventure spot.

Property was clean, with plenty of space to unpack (if you like that). Coffee and water was much appreciated. Corie was very attentive, and helped pretty much immediately if we had questions.
