The property was in a great location, just minutes from the beach, restaurant and shopping scene. Well maintained condo with all the necessities. Very communicative owner/manager.

This was our first real vacation in 4 years and I have to say - I LOVED being here on vacation. The location really is fabulous. Just a block away from Waikiki so you're out of the gobs of people on the main strip, but close enough to pop over to the beach, restaurants, etc. I'm a runner and was super happy to discover that you can run/walk along the beach for quite a ways without having to cross any streets. This was a definite plus in my book. The condo really does have everything we could have needed. It was well stocked. We were happy to find and use the beach chairs and even a little ice chest that we were able to use for a day out. Parking was fine, but a tip is to plan to leave 5-10 minutes before you would normally leave. Being on the 35th floor can take a while in getting up and down the elevator. It can also take a few minutes to get out of the parking gate with the attendant checking your pass. My biggest negative on this experience is that the building doesn't have recycling. I don't know how that is possible, especially when they have a display on the lobby monitor about making Hawaii more eco-friendly and promoting recycling. PLEASE convince your building management to join the 21st century and start recycling. Aside from this, we loved this place!

The apartment was great! Use of the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler was very helpful and appreciated. Use of the parking pass was convenient and saved quite a bit of money. The beds were very comfortable. We cooked a lot and there wasn’t anywhere to put dry goods so we left them on the island and that worked out well. The location was great; 2 blocks to Waikiki beach and many eateries. The elevators have no air and became stuffy but nothing the condo owners can do about that. Great hosts!! We would stay again for sure!

The apartment is very centrally located, just a few minutes walk from Kalakaua Ave. and Kuhio Beach. The contact with Tom Link was always very friendly and fast. Two weeks before arrival we received detailed information so that no questions remained unanswered. Parking and wifi were included and worked smoothly. A late departure was also free of charge. The apartment consists of two bedrooms with enough storage space, comfortable beds and a fantastic view of Kuhio Beach. In addition, a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. On the whole, everything was clean and in very good condition. The amenities also include a sufficient number of towels for the apartment and the beach, a laundry basket and basic cleaning supplies. The coin-operated washer/dryer is located right next to the apartment. The beach equipment that was available to us was also great. Four comfortable, easy to carry beach chairs, two umbrellas, a small cooler.... The only drawback was the bathroom. It showed very obvious signs of wear, especially in the shower with mold on the grout lines, slippery tub floor and a loose mixer faucet. The blinds on the bathroom window and electrical outlets did not work. These things should be repaired in the near future. We enjoyed our three week stay very much and would book the apartment again at any time. A 100% recommendation to any traveller!

The attention to the extras were very much appreciated! The beach chairs and umbrella were like new and so appreciated. The cooler was great, as well. Extras in the kitchen were things like chip clips, Saran Wrap, paper towels, food storage containers, even laundry detergent! The attention to this kind of stuff matters to me! We also stayed at another rental on a different island that had NONE of this! I don’t know what kind of mattresses they were but they were so incredibly comfortable; even my husband who is a mattress snob enjoyed restful sleep each night. The location was great for us; close to the beach but not in the middle of the chaos! We walked to the beach with all our gear and it only took 3 minutes to get there. Loved the views of Diamond Head as well as the beach/ocean. Absolutely loved that we didn’t have to pay extra for parking. Check around before you reserve your condo or hotel because that is very rare! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and up to date. And, we NEVER heard any of the neighbors at all! Crazy that you can hear the roosters when you are up on the 35th floor but I’d rather hear them then people talking, watching TV or doors slamming! GREAT STAY. GREAT OWNERS. GREAT LOCATION. GREAT CONDO! Thank you!

Property and management were wonderful. The only drawback was that the bathroom was very small. Other than that it was a great place to stay for a week.

Along with the GREAT views from this 35th floor 2 bdrm Waikiki condo, we enjoyed being on the eastern periphery of the Waikiki action (near the Zoo). Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and coffee! Host Tom was very cordial & quick to respond. Mahalo!
