I left a few items of clothing in the closet and cannot get them back. This is BS

Dirty room. Tub was gross, stained ceilings, vent was rusted and extremely dirty. Balcony door was broken and air was whistling in the whole time.

The location on the beach was excellent just had to basically step outside and you were there

I didn't like that it was my 1st ever vacation so I didn't really know what to do upon arrival and just because we booked through booking the staff treated us like we werent guest at their hotel.. I think they said maybe 5 words to us the whole time we were there..except for the security guard he explained our questions exceptionally... would I stay there again absolutely not. I also didn't like that the room wasn't very clean but we had a list of things to do before we left its like the guest before us and us before we left are the ones getting the room ready for the next guests..and the sliding glass door to the balcony was so hard to open and close we literally had to almost get on our knees to open/close it.....the room definitely didn't look like it did in the pictures online

The view was wonderful.

The tables were a little wobbly and the dishwasher didnt work. We didn't try to use it until we were cleaning up before we left so we had to hand wash

I loved that it had a full kitchen and the view of the ocean. The multiple hot tubs were a plus!

The bed was not very comfortable.

Location was great. There was a great view of the beach from the balcony. Clean and nicely decorated. Extra towels, linens and toilet paper in room. Never needed to ask for anything because it was provided in advance.

. Room was to bright first thing in the morning. Need room darkening shades, impossible to sleep in, bed situated between the two windows in the room

The property was fine. As advertised

Sliding door to balcony was damaged and hard to open. Dirty plates left in cabinet. Charges full price but because but if covid 19 no pools or hot tubs open.
