Une grande partie du personnel du restaurant a de très faibles notions de l’anglais. Ni une commande de boissons et encore moins une commande de nourriture n’a pu être exécuté correctement. Ils ne comprennent pas les noms des mets figurant à la carte. Ceci est un peu navrant. Une partie du personnel féminin du restaurant avait une attitude hautaine et presque désagréable. Ce qui nous a beaucoup surpris pour un hôtel de votre catégorie.

Breakfast was excellent and Chef Sumit Ghosh is a wonderful person as well as a chef, he ensured offering us different customized options for us and served us some reallywell cooked Chicken tikka and Gulawati kababs. Also the other stuff is very helpful. This newly opened cottages are beautiful and offer a private courtyard bathtub to relax after a Tiger safari.

This is a great location for the safaris and amazing grounds with lovely service.

The bed we had was too soft. For the cost of the stay the buffet food could have been of better quality and a greater selection. There was only one non veg Indian dish at each meal. Luckily the lamb curry and all maas were good - chicken curry was bland on the first buffet. Finally the number of Indian families with children allowed to stick their fingers in food at the buffet was disgusting and the hotel and staff should be ensuring this is stopped. We ate immediately the buffet opened to avoid this issue which happened at every lunch and dinner.

This is a fabulous property. The resort is very beautiful. The grounds & pool are fantastic. It is very close to the Ranthambore National Park. The staff was excellent! They were very kind & helpful! they arranged all safari tours & transportation to & from airport. This resort is highly recommended & I will be coming back again!

The only area I would say was just Ok is the food. The buffet was not the best & could have been a little better quality with more choices.

Excellent property.. very well trained and courteous staff at the reception, the restaurant as well as housekeeping.. great hospitality.. very well maintained outdoors.. absolutely enjoyed our stay!!

Can improve on the taste of the food
