The property is calm, clean and windows in each room gives enough natural lighting. The kitchen has some utensils and a refrigerator which were very useful. 24 hours hot water facility is another advantage. The room has a huge wardrobe. No accommodations have given us any token of memo but Dunhill gifts their guests with a small memo ( we received a small towel...the thing may be small, but I appreciate the habit)

The timing I booked was from 9 AM(July 27), when we went there around 9.25 AM, we were told that the property is occupied and we need to wait until 11 AM. We received the key only by 11.15AM. The mattress is not firm. Pillows were flat.

This is my second booking...as usual everything was nice...the manager was professional and very caring...i would prefer this apartment for everyone who wants beautiful stay...

The stay was just perfect. The staffs were so polite and helpful.. the location was great and accessible. Definitely recommend it to anyone who travels to bangalore.

Location was very convenient as I had work close by. The staff was very helpful and responsive.

Overall ambience was not professional. The reception area is also a storage area. There were bins and brooms/mops in the corridor outside the room. Staff appearance/ clothes on one day appeared very dirty. Bathroom should have been cleaner. There is no sound proofing.

It's one of the best apartment i have ever stayed...Hassle free check-in... Caretakers are really sweet...Overall stay was pleasant...I would stay here whenever I come to bangalore...
