Neprijazno osebje, soba ni bila pospravljena ali z as menjaš na brisača. Hočejo plačilo z gotovino ob čemer seveda nimajo drobiža za vračilo. Izjemno tanke stene, se lisi se hrup s ceste, prosila sem za ponudbo izletov, ker imajo celo agencijo, pa sploh ni bilo nikakršnega odziva

The kitchen and pool area was pretty. Room had all the basics which was perfect. Air conditioning was a bonus
This place is not sound proofed or buffers sound. You can hear everyone in the hotel. You can hear cars squealing all night long. Usually I can tolerate this however it became unbearable. I had ants in my room and inquired about having a room change or service and got no response. They never gave us more toilet paper for 4 days of being there nor emptied the trash can, cleaned floors or gave new towels.

Well locate in a quiet area, close to town in a safe neighborhood. Easy check in, nice staff, everything was super clean. They also have a tour desk in the lobby if you want to do activities. The pool was really nice and private. We also really enjoyed the shared kitchen with free coffee and everything you need to cook your own meal.

Ihana kotoisa ympäristö. Todella siisti huone sekä yleiset tilat. Suloinen keittiö suoraan uima-altaan vieressä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta valmiina auttamaan. Hotelli tarjoaa myös retkiä sekä kuljetuksia. Sijainti hyvän etäisyyden päässä ydin keskustasta, ja lähellä El rope swingiä.
Kannattaa ottaa korvatulpat mukaan, tie on hieman meluisa. Ei kuitenkaan häirinnyt meitä

Nice place with small swimming pool. Friendly staff. God place to sit outside and kitchenette with enough gear.
It is located along a mainroad and can be a bit noisy

Milly was so lovely and warm. It’s people like her that make you feel like you are home. She was knowledgeable of all the tours and what a seven year old could handle. I just loved her.
The hotel and pool was spotless. The kitchen well equipped and very charming.
the owner was there visiting with his family and he was very accommodating. there was nothing he wouldn’t have done to help us have the best holiday we could have dreamed of.
A short easy walk to downtown with a sidewalk. I’ll definitely stay again because of how welcoming and clean the property was.

Hotel was a 10 minute walk from the center fo La Fortuna. It was renovated, with a friendly staff and self check in
