Having a laundry room was great. WiFi was strong. The fact they are in former containers made it unusual, but still nice inside.

Not much natural light and could have done with more lightening in bedroom around mirror. Wish I'd picked the apartment with spa bath as clouds blocked my view of Arenal :D

The garden seems like it is a bird sanctuary. There is a sloth living by the tree and you can often see him there. The location is great and it has air conditioning in the room. The terrace is beautiful and you can enjoy your breakfast with all the vibrant colours of the garden and the visiting creatures. It's secluded and calm, altahoyght it's pretty central. They have a coffee machine with filter papers and coffee ready to use. All the kitchen appliances you might require. The staff is responsive and helpful.

There was a leak next to the bed and our passports and money got soaked inside the safe (somehow). The building is not very noise insulated, so you will be woken by the early birdsong, but I didn't mind this much, as I am an early riser myself.

Nice and clean. Good condition. Nice view to the Mountain from the terrace. kitchen was nivel equipped. shower pressure was good and hot water came straight away. Only small walk to shops and restaurants. Staff was attentive and nice. Can totally recommend- would stay again. Bang for the buck!

The facilities were excellent as were the utensils. It was close to the centre, easy walking, but yet in a quiet area. Loved the hummingbird outside the window.

The service and the accommodation was so great. I felt so much secure, well and in good hands. The house had all what I needed. It was super clean, super quite but super closed to Fortuna Downtown. If you have a question, the staff is answering directly and helps you with all what you need. You have a great view to the garden or to the volcano. Next time I will book this room again. Thank you so much.
