Buon hotel a conduzione familiare, con uno staff gentile e disponibile. La stanza era molto grande, con una bella terrazza con vista diretta sull'Arenal.
Purtroppo la nostra stanza era quella più vicina alla strada quindi un po' rumorosa, ma nulla di insopportabile.

La cama y el aire acondicionado.
Muy reducido el horario del desayuno, incluyendo domingo, de 7am a 9am.
Llegué a las 9:05am y me indicó la niña encargada, que ya estaba cerrada la cocina, aunque aún había un comenzal.

The hotel was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was basic but OK for two days. Close to restaurants and shops. But also to a busy road, so earplugs were needed to sleep. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
As with most buildings in Costa Rica, the sound insulation is minimal, which doesn't help when you are a light sleeper. We had some problems with a night club that had just reopened and who were not following the rules for noise and opening hours, but the hotel was doing it's best to get this stopped.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We left a bag and they found it and held it for us after we checked out. We were so thankful!

Breakfast was fixed and the same every day (rice, beans, egg, toast, fruit). Balcony seating was a plastic bench, not very comfy. Room was a bit plain.

The staff promotes a relaxed and friendly vibe, like a pension. I felt safe. The pool and breakfast area are very nice and I appreciate the artistic touches. Jairo made great food and always included fruit. Rooms were cleaned daily. The air conditioning unit worked great and blankets were comfy.
We were disappointed that the cable wasn’t working but that was not their fault.

We had a nice room at the end of the second building with a balcony. The air conditioning was great to have as well as the beautiful view. The entire property was well cared for and clean. The staff was very helpful and even had our pancakes ready for breakfast before we came down!! The best part was their dog, Bruno. Little French Bulldog with lots of spunk!! Within walking distance to all restaurants, a big superstore and anything you would need. The view of the volcano is amazing and the pool was refreshing and cool after long hot days.

It was relatively cheap.
We had the room closest to the road and it was terribly noisy. The wall are made of paper. Bring ear plugs and you will be fine though.

Centrally situated, good for travelers that travel without a rental car.
