Location Close to everything you’d want to see ,so many areas to relax within the house and on a beautiful deck.. the breakfast were amazing! Marilyn the owner felt like I was staying at a relatives house.

Nothing to dislike!

I thought I had seen great B&B hosts before but then I met Marilyn. She is exceptional and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel at home. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Marilyn goes to great care to make sure all her bed linens, including comforters, and bathroom towels are above standard when it comes to cleanliness.. I wish everyone was so conscientious. If all that were not enough, there are the fabulous breakfasts. The is a wonderful variety of sweet and savory, You will not walk away hungry. We had a great stay at Chestnut Lane Bed and Breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent!

The location was perfectly situated between the north and south sides of the island. The breakfast was unforgettable, and we felt comfortable and welcomed the whole time thanks to Marilyn.

Friendliness of the Hostess and her family always had the home filled with laughter. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The breakfasts were to die for! I will miss sitting on the deck in the mornings with my tea, reading and watching the birds. Beautiful home. Beautiful people.

There was nothing, nothing I didn't like!!

Marilyn was an excellent hostess. She made our stay very comfortable with delicious home made breads, baked goods and wonderful conversation. She was very accommodating to any needs we might have and was readily available to do anything to make our stay more comfortable. To say our breakfast every morning was amazing would be an understatement. I would recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a place to stay on the island.

Marilyn is a wonderful host, aided by Erika and Greg...breakfasts were amazing, the home has been beautifully restored with everything up to date and first class. They even gave us a goodie bag on our departure, complete with diabetic friendly snacks for me! The location is very central, and that was important for us as well. This will be our go to spot on the island in the future!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike!
