Location was great for us, pool and lake area looked nice, staff were super helpful and lovely, breakfast was delicious (a selection of three Indonesian dishes).

There really were heaps of mosquitoes. It makes sense seeing as it is in beautiful grounds with a lake etc but these guys were extreme and my son (too little for DEET based repellant) got lots of bites despite repellant oil, stickers and spray and wearing long sleeves. Make sure you bring the DEET repellant if you come! Room was nice and had all we needed but was a bit tired, maybe this was because we got one of the cheaper rooms.

Lush green peaceful and feel like home. Staffs are very nice and polite. Putra the bartender made the drinks deliciously. The restaurant, front desk and the HK department are very helpful.

Nice resort lots of green and very homey. Good level heat of hot water in the bathroom. Spacious room with all you need amenities. Delicious food and drinks at the restaurant and the bar. Excellent service for such a three star resort.
