Pool was nice, spacious unit. Linen clean. Staff friendly at reception.

Bat's made a lot of noise. And cockroaches poop and live roaches around. And advertise having wifi but was told the unit didn't have it.

Plenty of room in our two bedroom townhouse for our family of four.

Room 30 Pool was fun. lots of swims and laughs had. Beds were comfy Washer & Dryer good but could do with bigger washing machine Staff were so kind and helpful. Excellent communication. Easy check in/out

No TV in room 1 Bathroom. 2 toilets. Downstairs toilet like it had not been cleaned throughly. it had a smell and it kept getting black in toilet bowl. Air Con did not get very cold in lounge Downstairs and Upstairs spare room A/C out dated. Cutlery tray needed cleaning properly. I cleaned it and washed all cutlery again. Even though Apple TV wasn’t connected. Apple TV HDMI cord was a little frayed. Could be dangerous. Didn’t realise there was two types of rooms. Deluxe and Standard. For the price I paid for my 11 nights I didn’t think it was worth that price.

the aircon in the room with two beds the control did not go so we had no aircon on the first night went and got batteries the next day at the office.

Nice location, quiet but close to beach. A little drive to the centre of town but that was a bonus given how busy the town was.

Property was clean & tidy. They had a airfryer very useful.

Beds & pillows where so uncomfortable & toilet flush was so loud would wake the whole family when used in the night. The internet was terrible, and keeps dropping out. Lucky we had our own data but would definitely be more comfortable for kids if they need to entertain themselves.

Clean and well equipped kitchen. Conveniently located right after the turn off from a main road between Cairns and Port Douglas.

Shower only had one side covered by a glass wall which made the floor very wet whenever someone took shower. Toilet clogged on day 1.

Staff did not observe Covid safe practices. Photos were not a great representation of the property

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and provide good value for money. Close to beach and have a decent pool and BBQ facilities within the compound. Scott has been a perfect host and assisted us with Reef tour booking which we all enjoyed thoroughly. Will come back and stay with Ti Tree again.

Waiting for 5 days to get fresh towels and linen change was bit too much for families. Suggest that to be reviewed to 2 days for fresh towels at least. Also found that the Wifi wasn't working properly even though we had codes for individual devices.
