The loction

I took a white plastic cup from the mini fridge and saw lipstick stain on it. So i left it on the table and uses another cup. When I return from work the room is tidy up. But I've find the lipstick stain cup back in the fridge! The cleaner just simply put the cup back! And there are many fruit fly in the room. Despite everything appear to be clean.

The noise from other guests on my floor and the floor above, banging doors, yelling until 5am. Made it a bit scary as a solo guest.

Nice big room, comfortable bed. Quality toiletries in modern bathroom. Great location across the road from Market City and Paddy's Market. Friendly staff and Expresso machine in lobby.

Nowhere to put suitcases other than on the floor, even though we had a spacious room. Constant humming in our room, seemed to be coming from a wall that had an access hatch. Aircon unit not working but luckily we had a small window we could open to get some air movement. Not many PowerPoints, had to reach behind the tv to plug in the kettle.

Great value for money and great location, although not if you're travelling by car - we travelled by train and arrived at Central which is a very short walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with some heritage features, just what we needed for our night in Sydney to see a show close by.

The location was great - opposite Paddy's Markets and Harbour City Shopping Centre; walking distance to Darling Harbour and Central Station. The room was compact, however the decor was fresh and it was spotlessly clean.

The room layout was odd. The door opened out into the hallway and then you enter the room from a small step, straight into the end of the bed! The bed was very uncomfortable. Every time one of us moved even slightly, the other was shaken awake. There didn't seem to be any inner springs in the mattress to minimise partner disturbance. The flow restrictor in the shower was so poor the water wasn't able to wash the soap off properly, and the water ran out of the shower recess and flooded the bathroom floor. The bathroom facilities were great and very clean, but there was not a lot of room to store personal bathroom items.

Staff were exceptional, helpful and accommodating with our requests. Room was very clean and bed comfortable, A/C was on and bedside lamps on when we checked in, so very good attention to detail by staff .

Did not think the hotel was good value, we paid $349.00 for 1 night, the room was very small with no closet space. Did not match the photos on the booking.com website.

The location was great. The room size was really good and the cleanliness was real good. Great beds.

Although the room description stated noise preventaion on the windows you could still here the outside noises. It was much better than most.
