I loved this hotel when I stayed before (2 weeks quarantine ) I also have recommended it to others! Great location and staff very helpful. In particular Ivan, concierge.

This hotel didn't seem to be prepared or ready for guests/visitors..No room service (F & B). It seems like there wasn't enough staff on duty for some reason.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. I like the smell of the shower gel , shampoo, nice and organic.

No nice bars and restaurants

I left my computer charger in the room after checking out. After I called, they quickly located it for my collection. The service is great

I thought the breakfast was very good in a very comfortable and relaxing environment. I really enjoyed it with a newspaper. My room was nicely decorated with birthday deco which was a nice touch. All the staff including the lady who gave my the pillow were very lovely , excellent service! Very comfortable bed and pillow, I had a really good night sleep .

The hotel is beautiful and cosy. Location is in the middle of a busy area and yet it was extremely quiet inside the room.

Beds are too small. One member of hotel staff entered our room without knocking our door.

Very close to eatery, shopping and transport

what made our stay even more comfortable, was the staff, I have stayed in many hotels over several years on HK, and the staff were exceptional....very very friendly, and could not do enough for your stay, even down to holding door open for you entering or leaving, very good guys, you deserve an award on your own

Couldnot pick a fault with our stay, if there was one minor point, would be that no breakfast facilities, could have delivered, but staying in hotel, kinda like to be lazy and like breakfast for room service. But understand due to covid restriction...ect ect not possible. Didnt detracted from our stay.
