Everything about hotel, staff, service, cleanliness, location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful with happy smile. They made me so comfortable and special. Jonathan is one of them energetic and always at your service and it’s genuine.

Executive Room - spacious and comfy. We requested during check-in for a non-smoking room, and it was provided to us. The staffs are awesome, especially the people in the reception, doorman, and housekeeping - super exceptional service, so helpful, very warm, and courteous. Clean in all areas from the lobby, elevator, hallways, and room, and have parking spaces and valet parking. The location of the hotel is also perfect - close to resto, train, ATM, city center and other shops around.

The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit weak as we are on the 9th floor, but it's fine unless you are in a hurry for a bath or shower, perhaps it can be improved. For me, the room is also a bit warm even if the AC is low (I love cold bedrooms, especially during summertime) - hope the guests can adjust it well in the future. Nevertheless, the staff were so fast to check and tried their best to attend to the concern which is more than enough for something that they can't fix easily as it is a facility-related issue.

Location: Excellent as opposite to Deira City Center & Metro station. Also, less than 5 minutes from the airport (without traffic) & fantastic Travel Desk Check-in: Smooth & seamless. Courteous & welcoming reception staff Travel Desk: Mr. Sijin Mathew provided exceptional site seeing packages & things to do in the city (Desert safari, Dhown cruise, Dolphinarium, etc). He personally takes care of the process from start to finish. Fantastic!!! Room: Very clean, great view, modern kitchen amenities, toilet clean & tidy, superb central air-condition House keeping: Prompt of our needs & adoc requests Staff: Bell men & security always willing to help, book cabs & manage luggage well

Nice, spacious and comfortable room. bathroom was a bit small but OK. Reception staff was very cooperative and helpful. strong W.I.F.I. Location was very good, very near to the Deira Metro station and Deira City Centre. Good restaurants within walking distance.

The Room was very well arranged with kitchenette, good furniture, seating arrangement, comfortable bed and appreciable housekeeping. Toiletries and toilet fixtures were excellent. At a convenient distance from metro station, and from Deira City Centre and variety of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Nothing much except Dubai skyline was not visible, which should not have been expected in Deira!!

the reception staff was very helpful especially Abu Bakr and Joyce. They both made my check in easier and they were very helpful and welcoming. the room was clean and cozy.

breakfast could be better with better choices. I have been to many hotels so I can rate this one 5/10 for breakfast

Highly recommended! Suite arrangement and layout, appliances, cleanliness of the room, location (walking distance to metro and to shopping center) - are very good! People in charge at reception are well qualified, polite and attentive! Respect to Jonathan who helped with lagguage and taxi at early morning! Appreciate for making a good impression!

All the service staff from the reception, housekeeping and bellhop was always in the best of mood and attended to all of our request with a smile. I stayed here close to 2 weeks and it felt like a second home. There were times where we asked for additional complimentary water and change of towels, they were always there to deliver it.

Felt like the toilet could be refreshed since some of the fixtures has some wear and tear. This is pretty much the only reason they did not get a full 10/10 stars.

Good hotel to stay in, near deira city center, restaurants and of course metro station as well.

Problem faced during the check-in but later it was resolved by the manager
