Отель расположен в хорошем развитом районе, чистый, некоторый персонал неплохо говорит по английски, приветливы, еда в ресторане при заказе по меню вкусная, цены умеренные, готовят и обслуживают быстро, номер соответствуют всем заявленным параметрам, с водой нет проблем, есть сейф и предусмотрен выбор зарядных устройств для гаджетов.
Выбор блюд на завтрак небольшой, это точно не уровень 5* отеля, скорее 4*, выпечка не вкусная, как будто не свежая, выбор еды по меню также небольшой, во время моего пребывания не работал бассейн и спорт зал, скорее всего это было из-за тайфуна. Цены на услуги СПА завышены (от 400 юаней). WiFi работал как-то странно, с перебоями и не сказать что быстро, скорее медленно.
Планировали этот отель для длительного проживания с семьей в будущем, от данной идеи отказались из-за скудного завтрака в первую очередь.
При заселении с меня взяли оплату с депозитом, сегодня уже ровно месяц прошел после моего выселения, депозит до сих пор не вернули!

Shower was the only best part, hot water was ample, and water pressure was very good.
The hotel location was misinformed. It was located far from everything (15 min walk to nearest mall). It was like a sort resort style, in a cliff setting. Also, the apartment is TOTALLY different from the hotel rooms in terms of flooring, interior etc. Do note that. Amenities does not include toothbrush.
Breakfast is totally Chinese breakfast. Unfortunately I can only eat eggs every single day......

The location is perfect, they provide free parking, the utilities are great - I definitely recommend this hotel
Breakfast was very poor, small selection and the food quality was low, also they gave me a room on the second floor - facing the restaurant, so people who had dinner stared at me.

This is a great place to stay in Shekou. It is a very nice neighborhood in Shenzhen, though it is not centrally located in the city in general. With that said, it is a better quality of life than other areas, with a hiking path and cafes and restaurants, as well as the waterfront within in waking distance.

Excellent location, set back from Sea World area, nice and quiet. Friendly, comfortable big room and amazing bathroom, plus a nice indoor pool. Great escape, recommended.

Spacious room, comfy bed and bathtub is great. Breakfast is also amazing, we enjoyed our stay. Some decorations waiting for us.
Smell in room could improve and noise from water pipes next door at some point. View is not so good from 3rd floor.

Location, service, personal, apartments clean and with all the amenities, everything perfect. Few hundred meters from Italian Restaurant "Il Faro" one of the best in Shenzhen.

The size of the room was great. It was comfortable.
The whole reason we booked the hotel was Because of the Pool, which we found out was not open as soon as we arrived at the property. Nothing before hand when we were making a reservation said that the pool is going to be closed, which was a huge disappointment for my family. The only reason we stayed at the hotel was for the pool.

The bed was comfortable and staff helpful
Room was damp with mould on the ceiling. Breakfast was poor quality and little choice. Stay away from the pastries. The balcony was a good size however no furniture.

Location, it’s relatively quiet inside the hotel. Staff responded well to our complain about room being too damped.
Very dated, somethings are falling apart, didn’t look like the photo at all. Construction was happening at our balcony during our stay.

Breakfast is ok, would appreciate a larger variety.
Would appreciate a “do not disturb” or “please clean the room” sign on the door. The cleaning staff just knocked on the door and then opened with a key regardless.
Also would appreciate better washing detergent.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were incredibly accommodating! The location was great. Super close to the Nanshan mountain hike trail!

Best value 2 bed apartment. Breakfast is solid. Also Nanshan mountain is super close and worth the hike.
It's far away from the main centre of SZ but it's in a leafy green suburb and SeaWorld (restaurants not dolphins) is walkable.
