The staff member that served us at check in was wonderful. We booked in around 8 and although she was inundated with people she acknowledged us and couldn’t do enough for us.

Our shower didn’t work properly. It wasn’t more than a dribble and we couldn’t regulate the temperature at all. When we arrived there wasn’t any parking left even though we had requested it at the time we booked. The staff member found us somewhere to park and then we were woken in the morning by another staff member asking us why we parked there and that we had to move our vehicle. We asked about the shower and we’re told we would be assigned another room however it didn’t eventuate. The light above the fridge in the room shorted and we had to wiggle the switch around to turn it off. This needs to be fixed along with the shower.

A good surprise was the EV charging in the car park. For free.

Spacious and clean room. Nice check-in staff. Lots of nice resturants, cafe and convenience stores are just few mins walk.

No elevator access from the hotel entrance. Elevator inside the building was out of service during my stay.

The staff at reception were very helpful and kind and had great customer service skills I felt very happy and positive about my stay
