Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, ήμασταν πολύ κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία που θέλαμε να επισκεφτούμε. Το πρωινό ήταν πλουσιοπάροχο και οι υπάλληλοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Η θέρμανση μόνο ήταν πολύ δυνατή!

Nothing at all.

Our whole experience with the hotel was bad. Room was smelly, closet was a joke. There were two lockers and none of them work. I had to get a physical key from the lobby for one of them to work, and that too was mechanically impossible. Beds were very hard and so thin, couldn’t get any sleep at night. Bathroom size was reasonable but the water pressure was horrible. When we complained about the water pressure, they sent a guy to check and he kept saying something aggressively about the temperature in Italian and just left rudely. Later, front desk says that’s the best water pressure we can get and if wanted to shower in a different room they can have us use a non-functional room on a different floor. Toiletries were so low quality, body wash almost lathered like a detergent. All of this was so sub-standard. Thermostat doesn’t work at all and the fan was so noisy and kept getting louder into the night. We could not get a nice shower or a good night sleep, the two important functions a hotel is to provide for travelers. I honestly don’t know how this kind of a hotel could qualify to be a 4-star hotel in Rome. It’s mis-leading international passengers with sub-standard quality.

La chambre assez exiguë

Très bien placé, proche du Tibre, du Trastevere, du Campo di Fiori, de la place Navona, nombreux restaurants, carrefour express... Très bon buffet petit déjeuner. Petite rue calme. Donc une bonne situation permettant de visiter Rome en grande partie à pied. Bus 64 proche pour aller à la gare. Bon WIFI.

Il faudrait deux petits fauteuils pour améliorer la petite chambre, nous avons du les demander.( on nous les a apportés rapidement) Il faudrait aussi un peu plus d'éclairage, la chambre étant sombre ( papier peint marron) Globalement, c'est un bon trois étoiles, pas un quatre étoiles.( chambre 16m2)

It was quintessentially Italian and very convenient for nearby Campo de Fiore and Piazza Navona.

The roon had no proper windows

The location was perfect-close to Campo de Fiori but tucked away on a little side street and a little quieter than the square. The decor is lovely and charming. Both stairs and elevator available to get to our room. The breakfast room is also really charming. The room was plenty big for 3 of us and the AC was such a relief after hot days!

Location - very central The staff of the hotel is great - very helpful to all the foreigners who stay there. (I never saw an Italian!!)

The room furnishings are very old: the bed was most uncomfortable and you could feel the old springs poking through. The pillows were like rocks - and one could not sleep on them.

Excellent location, good breakfast, good people in hotel.

In first day, we have a problem about our bathroom but they handled after that day.
