Equipe muito prestativa, localização excelente, estrutura do hotel muito boa, com piscina e academia. Café da manhã ótimo.
A recepção do hotel estava em reforma, o que gerou barulho no café da manhã. Compreendo que a revitalização do hotel é necessária. Os quartos também necessitam de revitalização.

Confortable room and the staff was very professional.
It has a nice indoor pool for long distance swimming.
The gym is quite hold. Booked the hotel mostly because of the gym but the machines need to be replaced.

I cannot think of one. You performed fantastically well.
I appreciate the guys and the ladies at the reception - all good people. It was a good experience for me and most especially my wife.

elevator can be faster, but this is really not a big deal, and perhaps in depth cleaning of rooms can help keep them in a good shape over time

Very great location, next to the mall, next to several restaurants, very safe zone. Staff service excellent, helpful all the time and proactive !! Nice breakfast. Great pool.
Structure of the bathroom was rare, transparent doors. Before arriving to the hotel I had some questions and I called the all the telephone number (website, booking reservation confirmation, etc.. ) and nobody answered.
