The pools are very small especially for exercise swimmers. Cooking smelling the morning at the outdoor pool was unbearable

If you wanna feel welcomed all the time , stay at Ritz. Location is amazing, 15 min from airport , and to many attractive area around. All restaurants worth to try. Thanks to all staff. And sure will back again

The water was cold and the heater was not working.
My car was scratched by the valet parking with no response from the team.

The staff, especially a wonderful man called Sebastian. He was so helpful and so professional
1- The rooms are not well sound-proofed.
2- I could hear all the doors of the adjacent rooms opening and closing in the corridor.. I needed to sleep with ear plugs for all the nights I was there.
3- The blinds are not full blackout blinds especially the ones in the bathroom.

Staff are good, great room service food. Located right next to DIFC, so very close to many of the best restaurants and bars. Large clean rooms and good amenities.
Hotel is starting to get a bit old in terms of furniture and interior design. Can be noisy during weekends if your room is on the wrong side of the hotel.
