If you book rooms being directed towards the creek, then the view is really awesome. I appreciated the service in the restaurant by Mrs. Vani, who really makes up with her friendly, optimistic behavior a lot of the hotel's shortcomings. Thanks for your service, Vani! The rooms are very clean and absolutely okay for a stay of 2-3 nights.

All in all, the price/quality ratio is okay as hotel prices are quite competitive. Although, the organization would require some closer attention of the newly appointed hotel manager. Besides that, the rooms and the hotel as such are asking for some refreshing. It's easy to connect to the open wifi network, which however is quite weak. It's sufficient for browsing the web and writing mails, but not for joining a Teams-meeting. Furthermore, it would be appreciated if there was a power socket somewhere close to the office desk to charge the laptop while working. The breakfast is absolutely okay, of course geared towards the taste of Indian/Arab guests, who represent the majority of guests. I recommend visiting the breakfast room before 08:00, as you may then still enjoy a very quiet, not crowded start into your day. I booked half-board and was disappointed. It's not only because of the limited choice, but mainly because of the quality of food. The chicken curry was, even at its second try, unacceptable - thus, I decided to dine somewhere outside. I had tried to book a car with driver for a return trip to Abu Dhabi. This was in my many years in Dubai the very first time to listen to the response: "...sorry Sir, we don't accept credit cards..." - in Dubai, where everything is electronic. Strange, decided to book an Uber car.
