I like the breakfast. And the size of the room

I didn't like that it wasn't cleaned. I was there with my 2 boys The bedding wasn't changed and there were hairs everywhere. Hairs on the bedding, the floor and in the bathroom. I took a shower and there was a huge hair ball. It was disgusting. I also called one of the house keepers to please change my shower curtain cuz it smelled like urine cause they hadn't changed it and it was right next to toilet. Very disappointing giving the fact that a lot of business people book there and looks decent but really isn't cleaned at all. I'm highly disappointed and WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!

Habitación muy pequeña No hay caja de seguridad Ruido en el baño, nunca pude determinar si era aire acondicionado o ventilación El gimnasio es prácticamente inservible El internet no es bueno No hay cobertores adicionales

I am still waiting for a refund because I was not able to use that reservation when I got to the hotel they made me re-booked my room because they were not able to find my reservation even after I showed them the confirmation from booking and the receipt

We liked the location, free breakfast, and free shuttle.

The carpet in the room was fifty, old , and not vacuumed. The bathroom floor was dirty too, it had trash along the edges of the walls.
