Cheguei e minha reserva não tinha sido respeitada. Tive que pagar a mais para ficar no quarto sendo que eu havia feito reserva e confirmação com boa antecedência.

La habitación olía un poco a humedad.

La ubicación , el desayuno y los servicios que me ofrecieron. las habitaciones estaban limpias y muy cómodas , los baños contaban con todo lo necesario y estaban muy limpios y de desinfectados , la amabilidad del personal fue excelente.

las camas podrían ser mejores si fueran mas suaves y también cambiar cada día el menú del desayuno para que haya mas variedad,

Cómodo, práctico cerca del lugar donde íbamos

Que el desayuno incluido se acabó la comida antes de la hr límite y no volvieron a surtir, estaba sucio y no había nadie para atender

En resección el personal muy lento y solo 1 persona estaba atendiendo

La habitación esta muy bien. El personal super atento y siempre de buen humor.

La limpieza, el primer día, al regresar por la tarde después de trabajar, encontré la misma basura que dejé en la mañana. El desayuno, los huevos a mi no me gustaron por el sabor, además de que fue el mismo desayuno, el último día al final salí a desayunar a otro lado.

Me cobraron sin haberme quedado en la estancia

The construction that’s going on

Even though the hotel is undergoing some renovations, everything was up and running including a hot breakfast bar and guest laundry. Hotel has an airport shuttle and there are more than half dozen restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel room was very small, yet still contained everything I needed. Quiet. Clean. Extra linens. AC.

I like service, in general all. Thank you!

when we arrive at the hotel we arrive early at 11:00 am and the front desk staff told us that to check in we must arrive by 3, if we weren’t there by 3 sharp the reservation would be cancel. So we decided to pay at the moment, and the staff acept the payment. So, when we came back by 4 pm another personnel from the hotel told us that our reservation was canceled and there was nothing they could do about. the behavior and treatment of the hotel staff was deplorable, in all of my years arriving at this hotel this was the worst experience ever. So we decide to stay in another hotel with better personnel.

Under construction. Noisy at times. Staff not very helpful.

one bottle of shampoo no body lotion no kleenex 1/2 roll of toilet paper old sheets and bedspread but clean very old and bath towels(2) and 1 hand towel. food was not too good and orange juice was diluted.
