The Alluna Motel provided everything we required at an affordable price. Staff were friendly & helpful & we would stay there again..

I believe that this motel provides value for money. It is not a motel that is up market but is clean and comfortable.

The shower could be improved to give you hot water.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was nice and welcoming.

The property owners were very welcoming and accomodating. Even moving their car so I could park my motorbike out of the rain.

Location good, easy beautiful walk to town... it's very relaxing n there's churches n beautiful park..

The curtains were unfortunately very dusty and when the air conditioner was on the dust came also from the air conditioner and curtains causing bad sinus from some of the guests. cigarette butts were also left on the outside table on the ashtray not cleaned. All is needed is for the curtains and air conditioner to be cleaned.

The staff was very friendly and the room was spacious. The motel looked well maintained. Good parking. They were accommodating to have our dog with us and we didn't have to pay anything extra.

The stay would be more enjoyable if we didn't get cigarette smoke into our room. Smoking is allowed outside each room and that should be changed to a designated smoking area away from people's rooms. It wasn't pleasant to open our door.
