The room was very clean and well kept by staff. The bed was really comfortable!

The shower gel in the shower was never refilled or possibly checked by housekeeping. I ran out of shower gel and kept forgetting to let housekeeping know.

Overall condition of the establishment. Compared to other locations in the immediate area it's severely falling behind. I selected the Westin for the name and what traditionally comes with it but was let down a little.

I arrived at the hotel before 4pm. And I got my room after 5:20 pm. I asked the connecting room. And they gave me downgrade rooms for connecting room. I got that. Cause they supposed to give me another room. I was the person who asked the connecting room. And after 1 hour I was waiting for my room. The employees said there is no room to be ready. Also, nobody knew when my room is ready. I had to change my dinner reservation. They made me change my plan on my first day in Guam as well. But I appreciate the front desk employees. They tried to help me many times and understand my situation and feeling. However, I don’t recommend this hotel to my friends or anyone if they have plans in Guam. It is waste of money.

Bed was VERY comfortable

the view....asked for 1 bed, got 2......being put up on a room outside of the elevator bay....no complimentary drinks other than coffee n tea.....no bathrobes....i reserved for a room on the 20th floor, ended up on the 12th....its okay, next time (maybe)...

The beds were fairly comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Almost all of the staff were exceptional, especially at Taste. Ruby and Jesse were a great addition to the experience.

For the amount we spent, I expected the facilities to be in better shape and definitely cleaner. There were multiple notices about commitment to sanitation and were left disappointed. The toilets didn’t flush easily, the shower floor was grimy and the bathtub drain didn’t work without removing the plug altogether.

The only issue was they forgot to clean my room one day. The trash was full and I needed towels. I

Exeptoinal place on the beach of Tumon Bay, ocean like a Blue Lagoon, privat area on the left side with Sade giving trees to get privacy. Beautyful sand and ocean breeze, combined with pool side and Misty’s bar.

I loved everything, close to dining in and out restaurants. I keep coming back from Germany.

well it had ants coming out of the sink which I fixed not a big problem the shower water was cold other tub and sink water was hot

Husband has been on aship and said it was a lovely comfortable bed. (Way better than being in a cabin bed)

I can't comment as my Husband was there, not me. I think the wifi was down and also problems with the tv.
