The unit was filthy on arrival. See the bottom of my slippers turned black. There were cockroaches and flying bugs in kitchen and dining area. The air con was not working in the master bedroom while set at 67. I spent money and time cleaning. I was offered another unit which also had a broken air con and filth. The humidifier was never cleaned the bathtub had black marks the towels were old and stained. Ironing board inaccessible. I would not stay here or advise anyone to stay here. I requested a refund and support from Bookings and neither helped.

Great for families. Big place. Good for kids. Full cable on TV! Was able to wash clothes - Washer and Dryer available Clean place. Best to let Tumon Bel-Air know what time you will be arriving for smooth check in process.

The interiors were nice and kitchen equipment was complete

Super nice apartment! Location was also close by everything I needed to do. The beach in San Vitores was within our jogging distance.
