We couldn’t get a restaurant reservation as it was so busy which was really disappointing the 2 times we ate in Azure the food was very mediocre for the price

Everything was great. Staff are very welcoming. Beach and pool were great. Room was massive. Breakfast was generous and there’s a good selection of restaurants.

Quite pricey for Ras Al Khaimah; accommodation and f&b. Not sure its best value for money.

I was very happy with my room , it was clean and the furniture was charming however the breakfast had a variety of good and fresh choices I would personally like to thank Mr John from the reservation and a special Thanks to Ms Clarissa .

Staff are super friendly and wanting to support by any means. Clean rooms, room service doesn’t come short in all aspects, and valet team is efficient. Kids play area is great and staff there are very helpful.

Only negative is the soundproofing. The door between rooms is NOT soundproof and we were unfortunate to have loud neighbors on our last night.

Very helpful staff. Especially Hasan at the entrance and Sarah who helped us a lot. We do appreciate that the staff also helped us make our 2 birthdays and an anniversary special. Thank you very much indeed! Also very pleasant time at Umi restaurant.

We were at Waldorf last year and everything was perfect. This year the hotel policy has changed and from a luxury place of rest it is slowly turning into a regular, but very expensive hotel. They've opened after a renovation, and the beachside looks great. The rooms have been freshened up as well apparently. But in our first room we faced a problem with hot water - taking a shower was only possible at a boiling hot or an arctic cold temp, there was no in-between. The vanity mirror light in the bathroom was not working either. After multiple complaints the engineer was sent to our room and he said that the the boiler on our floor had been turned off and on and it would take some time for the piping system to work. It didn't. The mirror wasn't fixed either, and we had to change the room. This time the problem with hot water was accompanied by a toilet, that partially peeled off the wall and was dangerous to sit on. In a luxury hotel!! It was fixed quickly though, but we were left unpleasantly surprised. The dinner policy has changed, too. Now there is no buffet, but a 240-aed voucher per person to eat in one of the restaurants on site. So not only you have to go through a daunting process of booking a table in advance (and not always successful, because the restaurant of your choice might be overbooked), but also face a very limited choice of foods, especially when you have, like in our case, specific dietary requirements. We made a request to reception and to Booking.com to refund the rest of our dinners, but for some reason it was rejected. I have big doubts we'll ever return to Waldorf again.

Massive property with full of intricate details inside. One of the best i've been so far. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing Japanese restaurant too Umi totally recommended. One of my unforgettable birthday staycation.

just had 1 unpleasant experience with the front desk member following us to check out on time despite of having late check in as the room wasnt ready when we arrived. Been sorted by another staff at the end.

Alot 1) We booked a room that they did not have (they did not update booking.com properly since the renovation) and gave us an upgrade to a worse room with no discount or anything other than a sorry. 2) They did not mention adult pool is closed which is half the reason we booked. 3) some staff were great (breakfast staff and lifeguards) and some were clearly new to the industry (pool restaurant staff). Overall its a shame because we love the hotel.. 3)

Très bel architecture art déco de l'hôtel. Chambre familiale spacieuse. Personnel adorable. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Très bons restaurants de style différents. Plage tranquille et peu utilisée. Piscine immense et chaude !

La partie femme du SPA mérite d'être rénovée. La vue sur Marjan Island en chantier est assez laide... Trop d'attente pour avoir un taxi depuis l'hôtel.

Olga and her team made our stay unforgettable. We came to celebrate a very special occasion and they paid attention to every detail to make sure my fiancé and myself would remember this weekend forever. The service is excellent, the hotel itself is more than beautiful. I can tell from now we will come again because we have been extremely well welcomed and treated during our stay. MANY THANKS AGAIN!

Location of the hotel was prefect. Quite area where you could really relax and enjoy the beach and very close to golf club. Restaurants were all good and their food was delicious. Room design was perfect with walk-in closet and dressing area, which is very important for ladies. Bathroom is spacious with both shower and toilet are in separate area. Internet connectivity was good. Diverse restaurants with different cuisines. I think the best thing you do is to get half board package. The coffee was good too. Staff are friendly and professional. colors and theme of the rooms are very soothing. Having a musician playing Piano evening time while having your coffee or tea is beautiful addition to the hotel vibe.

Few updates here and there. For example, dressing table and bedside tables. Staff of the spa need to add smile and be more friendly. Giving the rule of booking was very firm whether with me or other guests. I was very stressed to be in time for my appointment, which opposite to the aim of being at spa.

I liked the decoration in general with the beautiful lighting, but I have one comment regarding the bathroom. Please change the color from dark to light so that it becomes more wonderful.

The fees are high but this not included with breakfast too be sad .

As usual everything was good. The room was big and spacious and the amenities great too. Breakfast was good too catering for all tastes.

The hotel was closing for renovation so the room we stayed in was looking a little worn down but I am sure it'll be soon fixed once they reopen.

The rooms are so spacious which was great for a family. The staff were very welcoming and made such a great effort with my son. Shout out to Mikael who chatted away to him on the buggy ride. The staff in the kids club were excellent my son didn't want to leave.

The food at breakfast could be hotter but the choice was excellent!
