The experience was very good... The room is quiet big... Kitchen is well equipped.. The staff is very pleasent and helpfull all the time...

In the many hotels that i have stayed in the UAE, this is the only hotel where any request was delt within 2 to 3 minutes,. Had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Hasan Khalid, a very professional and polite manager who handled our booking our check out very well, he ensured that our stay was up to the highest standards. The pool was amazing and the life guard and coach were very polite and were helpfull. A perfect family getway and a wonderful experience. Cant wait to go back again.

I booked 2 rooms they gave 2 bed apartment, their bed is queen size they say it is king , a/c regulater in main bed so if you want it low the other room is hot and vice versa , beds and pillows are pretty old , not comfortable at all.

i dont like the lifeguard., he is rude not even greeting swimmers! pool is not clean too! there is swimming lesson during our stay which disappoint us.,

They charged us for breakfast, but there was no breakfast available. And we had to checkout.
