Late checkout which was amazing. Receptions stuff were so kind, and helpful too, they provide fast services and quick action once needed. The location is perfect. Easy beach access & loved the Jacuzzi. Room size is good.

Shower sealing was open on one of the rooms. Cooker wasn't working and had to call them twice. some issues were with the electrical socket. The swimming pool size was fine but wished it would've been bigger. small beach

Beach was not clean

Personnel is excellent, Abdurazak was very kind in the first day of our visit. Samir at the restaurant was very polite and helpful every day when we had our meals. Sitije, a guy who keeps swimming pool and beach area was very kind. The room is wide, not noisy with a nice balcony. The hotel it’s own beach. Not very crowded hotel as other hotels like Rixos. Meals are very nice. We tried all type of Indian, Arab meals every day.

The hotel furniture is a bit old, shampoo is not the best.

The hospitable and friendly staff at the hotel and in the restaurant, the attentive attitude of the waiter Semir was especially pleasant. Thank you very much, everybody!

To add hand and foot towels to the bathroom

We stayed one night for Ras AL Khaimah Triathlon. Stay was OK. We did not have much time and the opportunity to explore the facilities.

No Confusion and delay at time of Check n and Out, Restaurant was excellent with Excellent Service from the Staffs

Nothing In PArticular, but to say should keep more Water Bottles n Room, and also no Exhaust Fans in Bathroom

It was difficult to sleep as the hotel had a large function until 12pm. It was incredibly noisy with music and people shouting. this was an issue for me because I had a triathlon race the next day and needed good rest. I believe the hotel should discount their fares for nights that they intend to host such large events that will disturb all other guests.

Too noisy. AC couldn't be adjusted lower than 20 degrees. Pillows uncomfortable. no utensils in the room to make coffee and waited over 15 minutes after phoning reception to request.

Value for money was excellent. The hotel was a lot cheaper than others nearby Marjan Island. It was simple but it had all we needed. We were there for the RAK triathlon so didn't really spend much time using the facilities, but the pool looked nice and it was a great buffet breakfast.

The staff were super professional and big thanks to Sheik, Romelyn and Razak.
