this is second time we book in this hotel, and again for the second time we got free upgrade, plus this time as we stayed for one week, we noticed the heat insulation is amazing, the room stays cool even after long time the ac is off

The spacious room and the high speed Internet connection as well as the cleanliness of the beddings and linens.

I really like the staff, they were so kind and had a great service. they gave us free upgrade. there was no problem with wifi and the bed was comfortable.

since we were staying near to the event hall, only the night time, we heard the music and it was a bit noisy.

I liked the swiming pool only

The bed: i seleced one large double bed. But they had given 2 single bed joined. At mid night I told to reception about it. Then they take me to different room, where bed is same as before. Then again they changed the room where metres is double. But the room temperature was very freezing. It did not got up over 19 degree. The kids play area: it is in a enclosed room without ventilation. And only very few toys are there. No jaccuji/ hot tub, no steam bath
