The location was perfect - very central and quiet. Our hostess, Catherine was most helpful and kind. She was available at all times. We had a lovely visit. The apt is in excellent shape and nicely decorated.

The kitchen could use an update but I didn't come to Rome to cook much! it was well stocked and perfectly adequate for our purposes. Also the time went too fast!

We communicated via What’s App and it was communication was clear in that sense. Very clean apartment. Quite a huge apartment—- we will have to stay with another couple of friends to bring down the cost next time. Loved the location— easily 25 min walk to any sight, be that the Colesseum or Vatican Museums. Great little cafe and other restaurants nearby. Catherine is a great host, always wanting to help:she said she’d get us a taxi to the airport. We didn’t need the assistance in the long run, but it was a nice gesture.

The beds were a bit too firm for our desire, so waking up sore the next morning happened quite a bit. Because its on the ground floor, there’s no direct natural light—but that is nothing that can be changed of course:).

Upon arrival to Katherine's apartment, we were overwhelmed by the spaciousness and cleanliness of this home. It included 2 large bedrooms with queen beds, a living room, dining room, kitchen and one bath with a bidet. There was a washer to do laundry and many amenities such as iron, curling iron, hair blower, shampoos, laundry soap, fans and air conditioners. In the living room is an area filled with books and magazine that can be swapped out and enjoyed. Katherine helped us out with arranging a taxi for the airport, but in most cases we walked to most locations. I would highly recommend this location to top off your holiday travels. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The Hop-on-Hop off bus location was just a few blocks away, as was the local bus system.

Taxi's can be quite expensive, so be sure to get the price before you hop into the vehicle.

Special accommodation found in a historical building, with nice kept particularities. In the heart of the city, at walking distance of main attractions, close to market, coffee shops or restaurants, perfect location. Full kitchen where you can try a pasta recipe or just start the day with a coffee. I was afraid it would be cold inside since it's an old building and it's on ground floor, but you can set the temperature as you like. Good option for group of 4 or family. Easy check-in /checkout, felt like home overall.

These are just observations meant to improve future stays, because we likeed a lot this apartment. It could be cleaner, especially in the kitchen. It's a big place so spots can be missed, but they shouldn't. Depending on tastes here, mattress and pillows in one of the bedroom were not the most comfortable.

Perfect location, very easy to walk everywhere, in a street that was both quiet and felt safe at night. Beautiful building - loved the stone doorways and ceiling arches in the apartment. Very easy communication with the owner Catherine, very helpful and flexible. I noticed earlier reviews said the Wi-Fi was poor but we had no problems- maybe this has been upgraded.

Very good communication with Catherine. Great apartment perfectly located in the historic center of Rome. Lots of supermarkets and restaurants just around the corner. You can reach the Vatican in just 10min walking.

The property owners were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond. 10/10 for them. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to others. The property is spacious and in a great location.
