Perfect location, got washing and drying machine (even provide free detergent), got many restaurants nearby, perfect view

Basically all are good, only feel like it should have two glass door in front of shower and toilet bowl area but missing. But it would not affect my good feeling. It would be better if the room could got a microwave oven....

Хороший персонал. Особенно понравилась девочка на ресепшн. Beta. Помогла найти места интересные, очень крутой мужик в отельном ресторане работает кажется администратором там. Чисто в комнате, уютно, вид хороший. Интернет неплохой

Недостатком было то что кроме той девочки никто не сказал что в 21:00 или 21:30 дают вечерние закуски( лапшу) и на завтра не разбудил никто( было бы приятно. А так все ок

The location was superbe. 3 metrolines to choose, so getting around by metro was extremely easy. The staff was very nice, especially Jonathan that helped us with the transport to Hong Kong airport. You can ask him anything about food and leisure and he will give you good advices.

The bed was a little bit hard, otherwise the hotel was almost perfect.

前台大堂位在大樓23樓，前往先搭到23樓前台大堂再轉搭往客房的電梯。有點不太方便但尚能接受。

В очередной раз выбрал этот отель. Лучше по соотношению цена-качество сложно найти. Идеальное место расположение. Отличный завтрак. Англо-говорящий персонал. Но самое главное - вид из окон!

Наверное пора чуть освежить номера. Давно не было ремонта

Каждый раз когда прилетаю в Шэньчжэнь останавливаюсь в этом отеле. Достопримечательностей мало вокруг, но с точки зрения работы и покупок в торговых центрах - идеальное место. Очень нравится вид из окон. А также шикарный завтрак на любой вкус!!!

Так как останавливался очень часто в этом отеле, то могу сразу сказать что за период COVID19, пока Китай был закрыт, отель действительно износился и постарел. Это был первый раз когда я задумался взять в следующий раз другой отель. Для людей которые будут тут первый раз - почти идеальный отель.

Excellent location, easy access to subway, shops, restaurants. Very good breakfast with wide selection and different menu everyday. Cleanliness was very good. Comfortable bed and very good amenities in the room. Special thanks to Mr. Jonathan who is very knowledgeable, good command of English and his ability to communicate with guests.

Insufficient seating facilities in the lobby, especially during peak hours. Have counter staff who can converse in English.

The facilities were brilliant, we really enjoyed the room we were in. There were wonderful views at this hotel, especially coming up the elevator with the really inspirational music playing in the background! The late night noodle station was a nice bonus to have as an option if you were hungry at night too :)

The location was perfect and having the reception on the 23rd floor was great to be out of the noise from the streets below and have a great view across the city. Jonathan was particularly accommodating and very helpful when looking for travel plans and tours. The noodle soup for breakfast and super from 9pm to 11pm was great and worth attending.

HÔTEL A FUIR !!!! On a nous fait perdre 2 billets de train en nous disant qu’on allait à l aéroport au lieu de la gare la veille de la fête nationale donc après plus de train disponible . Suite à cela on a fait confiance à Jonathan qui nous a fait prendre un taxi au lieu de dormir sur shenzen comme on voulait faire et prendre le train du lendemain tranquillement et rentrer à notre hôtel Guangzhou qu’on paye déjà . Il nous a dit que la course du taxi commençait à 100 yuan ( sûrement pour lui car c’était hors compteur au black ) + le kilométrage et compteur jusqu’à l’arrivée mais au final on a passé 2h20 les embouteillages et on est même pas arrivé à la moitié du trajet !! Le taxi nous a posé dans un hôtel dont l’état n’existe plus en France depuis bien longtemps même dans les pires quartiers , indescriptible … Donc on paye notre hôtel à Guangzhou (qui nous attends ) + cet hôtel d’autoroute à Guaddon + le taxi pour repartir demain à Shenzen et prendre le train . Un allé- retour inutile qui nous aura fait perdre deux jours entier de nos vacances à plus de 9000 km de chez nous + 450 euros envolés juste pour Jonathan qui nous propose de revenir dormir à l’hôtel pour 830 CNY (plus cher que sur booking)sans faire le moindre geste commercial et sans aucuns état d’âme . C’est à ce moment-là qu’on s’est aperçu que ce gros sourire est juste à l’arrivée ensuite donner votre argent et après débrouillez vous !! Alors faites bien attention aux beaux commentaires car une fois ici vous serrez bien bloqué les gens seront exprès de ne rien comprendre à ce que vous dites et vous il sera trop tard car vous serez bien trop loin de chez vous .

This Hotel was a complete surprise. I was not expecting the service I received, especially from the front desk and in particular the manager Jonathan Yang. He helped me set up my WeChat so i could contact him 24/7 for any query. He also organized my stress-free return to Hong Kong including navigating the border crossing. The personalized service was 6 stars. The location is superb. The trade markets are right at the front entrance. If you are looking to do business in Shenzhen, this is your hotel. Ask for Jonathan and your trip will be trouble free.

Just good location.

Old hotel. Price /services does not meet the requirements. Mostly fake 10 rate reviews (in chinese with Russian or other flags). The breakfast mostly chinese and same. Most of personal cannot speak English. Registration took about 30 minutes. Hotel try to take 2 times deposit.

Close to electronics

So it’s not my first time staying in this hotel . I have been here before 3 years ago and it still the same and that’s more than great. I would like to thanks Jonathan Yang he is the best employee in the hotel. He tried as much as possible to comfort us and assist our needs every day I swear. He helped me in many things such as ( bank location- Arabic restaurant- pharmacy and so many) . Thank you so much i really appreciate your efforts and because of you i will come next year for sure. - the rooms are big and i can move around freely and the location is great and it’s near most of the electronics shops and anything that is related to electronics is more than good
