Took family room. The diff with the standard room that i booked previously is totally diff experience. The room is clean and super spacious. Understand the diff in type of room booked, but the standard room is super cramped that there's barely any space for you to put / unload your luggage and get ready. But the family room is definitely worth staying and booking at this hotel. If you're looking for a standard room, best to book it at another hotel.

Toilet is dirty. There's no mini fridge, wardrobe, and trash bin in the room other than in the toilet. The working/dressing table does not have mirror except for the long mirror near the door. The sofa at the lounge needs deep cleaning. You can obviously see the stain on it.

the room comfortable. got hairdryer in the room.

cleanliness - the toilet is not clean properly bidet also broke. please ensure this not happenned to other customer.
