Location: central; in a block of residential flats; very secure. Apartment: spacious; fairly well equipped, comfortable beds, nice, clean bathroom. Sergio, who met us when we arrived, was very helpful, as always.

Nothing to speak of. Have a few recommendations: 1. a cupboard in the bathroom would be useful to store toiletries, etc 2. hooks for towels or a towel rail will come in handy in the bathroom.

The only thing that would have perhaps been helpful is if the check out time was extended by and hour. Everything else was absolutely fantastic.

We wish we could stay here longer and would book this comfortable and perfectly located apartment again.

The apartment was nice,clean in almost brand new condition and somewhat bigger than expected. Sergio was very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent. The apartment was ideal accommodation to spend a few days in Cadiz.

The weather was awful... although not sure if we could have ordered better weather, was not between the options. :D The internet was slow and often down, and because the bad weather, we spent slightly more time in the apartment than usual. We are familiar with the in-existent quality of the Spanish ADSL internet providers, so we kind'a expected this. Please have two umbrellas LOL.

Everything was perfect. Our host reached out to us via WhatsApp a day prior to our arrival and waited for us as we got to the apartment. Very efficient and professional check-in, and very helpful recommendations. The apartment is new, beautiful, very clean, and very well equipped. Excellent location right across the beautiful seaside promenade. We would have loved to stay longer.
