The host Tina was very kind and helpful.

Ms Tina is the best. I really appreciate how she is organised as property manager, everything was so smooth. She also gave us information on what to do at Batumi and it was very helpful.

Water coming very poorly at shower, it was not convenient.

It' very beautiful apartamens.

I'd like to express my gratitude to Tina who is a wonderful, friendly and hospitable host. We were in touch since I booked the apartment, and she was very kind to adjust the payment terms, provided me with a lot of must-eat and must-see places and made sure my stay was convenient until the end. The apartment is located on the 16th floor in one of the Orbi Towers. The room itself completely fulfilled my expectations - it was clean, all the facilities were available and the sea view was wonderful. The bed was really comfortable. It was very easy to get into the apartment - Tina's instructions were really clear. The location is excellent - the beach is about 5 minutes away. It was really quiet during the stay - I wasn't bothered by noise.

It was quite cold at nights, but that's understandable cause it was the end of February. But the heating mode on the air conditioner helped warm it, and everything was OK in the end. The way to the old town takes about 30-35 minutes on foot, but it wasn't a big deal.

The apartment has a hreat view, very good interior and perfect location.

a little bit noisy , because we had a neibhouurs with a baby, but this was not a problem for us.

Every thing was great the studio and all components also perfect location Special thanks for tina ..very very descnt person.. with all my respect
