Рекомендую апартаменты, расположение отличное - прямо на набережной, удобно гулять в любую сторону - через 5 минут ты в старом Батуми, через 15 минут около Гранд Молла. Прямо под окнами ухоженный парк и озеро. У нас были апартаменты с одной спальней, мы бронировали вид на озеро, но при этом у нас был и боковой чудесный вид на море. В апартаментах чисто, хорошее постельное белье, халаты и тапочки, достаточное количество полотенец, есть посуда (тарелки, чашки, стаканы, бокалы под вино, был штопор :), сковородка и кастрюлька), но мы в номере только завтракали. В номере есть стиральная машинка, посудомойка, утюг, гладильная доска. У телевизоров интернет-приставки с большим количеством каналов, вай-фай хороший - муж смог поработать. Хочу отметить персонал, на рецепшене круглосуточно есть сотрудники, готовые вам помочь. Отдельно хочу отметить самую любезную и самую красивую девушку (высокая, стройная) ее имени, к сожалению, мы не узнали. Думаем, она главный менеджер или управляющая. Она всегда в чудесном настроении и она помогла нам справиться со стиральной машинкой!. Мы сначала не смогли ее включить и обратились за помощью))) сотрудница помогла нам разобраться с машинкой.

Минусов не было. Если вы планируете жить долго, то стоит учесть, что в апартаментах нет моющих средств - стиральный порошок, жидкость для посуды и губки нужно приобрести

Support to all of your requests, very helpful staff and professional team. Thanks to Ms.Melek ,she made us a high level of hospitality and kindness. In reservation, Luka and nini have always supported us for late check-in and checkout. Property is located in the heart of life, and it's newly renovation with perfect equipment.

Easy beach access. Entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Located in the nicest part of the City. We were given without having asked a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a Sea view.

A nearby disco pumped up the jam all night long and all the weekend long. Also, we’re not sure if this is unique to the room, the property or the City, but if you don’t leave the venta always running, the shower drain has a brine smell. Finally, from reviews we had read, we expected to be able to use the next-door Hilton spa for half price, but were told on arrival that we couldn’t since we were staying only a week.

The apartment was good size and the AC was great.

The staff can be more approachable and friendly. There was not enough pots and pans in the apartment to cook. There are no cleaning supplies and extra cost of 45 gel per day for cleaning. I had to change apartment cos 1st one allotted didn't have a kettle, curtains were ripped off and TV wasn't working. After the apartment was changed, the curtains still didn't close properly, staff is generally rude except for 1 lady who was lovely and helpful. The Hilton facilities are all paid and not included. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to families with kids. Apart from the location, it's very inconvenient.
