The flat is located at the 8th floor in the city centre, near McDonald's. Its location gives easy access to the best Batumi centre has to offer. The flat has a balcony with chairs and the view is amazing. I have attached a photo with the view. The beach is located 3 minutes' walk and there are a lot of restaurants and activities around. The host is friendly and helpful, we could not ask for more.

It is a very nice and well-equipped appartement. Gio is a kind man and he picked us up and after our stay he took us back to the station. He was always ready to help us. Thanks.

Appartment was really nice and clean. With great view from the balcony: you can see very interesting traffic full of georgian drivers, dancing fountains and the seaside. Very close to the sea, supermarket, bakery. The owner is really helpfull, doing his best to make your stay comfortable and interesting. Thank you Fredon :)
