Although easyHotel is basic it is good value for the money I paid. I had an early flight from Gatwick Airport and the Hotel is only a few minutes walk from East Croydon Train Station. There is a small convenience store round the corner also. I did have an in house coffee while I was there. I have stayed here on two occasions now. Perfect .

Mažas kambarys, nėra jokių baldų, kur būtų galima pasidėti daiktus drabužius. Dušas nepraktiškai padarytas, nėra ant grindų apsauginio griovelio, kad vanduo netekėtų visoje vonios patalpoje. Po dušo sausomis kojomis nenueisi į tualetą.

Was concerned travelling alone. It wasnt too bad. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly check in staff.

Air con kept me awake, even tho it was switched off!! It kept kicking in during the night. Window let in lots of cold. Didn't not like having a light by the door. Was very very basic and small.

The location was excellent, very handy for the station, and great shopping area.

The room, which was a twin, had 2. I can only describe them as camp bed size beds. There was a hanger on the wall ( no wardrobe, no shelves, no kettle to make a drink) the space was not even wide enough to open your suitcase and you had to take turns to move around the limited space if you wanted to go to the bathroom, which was the best thing in the room, but that had the tiniest sink I have ever tried to wash my hands in, it was an experience I shall never repeat or recommend anyone, unless desperate to stay here.

Room was basic as you would expect- can’t complain about this

I accidentally booked the incorrect date, which was the day after my stay. The lady at reception assured me that if I booked the night I arrive that she would be able to cancel my booking for the following night when her manager turns up. This never happened and when I tried to explain to customer service they told me that the booking was non refundable. This doesn’t explain why the lady on reception scammed me from my money.
