I checked out immediately I went in, the mattresses are dirty. owner is rude, he said he wouldn’t let the place out if he didn’t think it was in good condition, obviously not everyone is as dirty as him.

The location of the property was very accessible and it was a secure building with a grocer nearby.

There were a number of things that did not work, were broken, and were not kept well. The lights in the en-suite bathroom didn't work, the glass door to the shower was off the track, and we couldn't use the shower as it was blocked. Additionally, in the main bathroom, the shower leaked. Each toilet roll holder was broken as well. There was major build-up of limescale in the kettle; not a massive thing, but quite easy to maintain. In the second bedroom the drawer cover was broken and so was the hinge to the wardrobe door. The beds were not comfortable as we could feel the springs on each. Also, the rubbish bin didn't have a cover, again not a major thing, however, being there more than a few days, the bin becomes a negative. Lastly, it would be nice to have an oven glove or tea towel to use for the hot items from the oven.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! One of the worst (if not the worst) experiences in my 4 decades of life. Dislocated sofa legs, kettle was inoperable (broken), loose/non-functional coat hooks, broken/loose toilet seats, and worst of all, the shower drain was clogged so showered in standing water. Elevators were inoperable on check-out day and management didn't have the common courtesy to report it or provide ANY assistance; just that, it's Sunday and nobody is working so you have to climb up and down the 19 floors with your 7 bags of luggage. They indicated it wasn't their responsibility - not sure how these people became property managers/owners. Much more to report but believe this provides a perspective.
