breakfast excellent large display of food. Manager was so helpful and pleasant. plenty of room to walk around the food hall. plenty of choice. clean is an understatement. the place appeared is was opened yesterday.

The person I was with made the experience nice, and the bed was not uncomfy.

The first night neither of us were able to sleep due to how hot the room was, we looked for a fan around 1am but couldn’t see one, so we tried to change the temperature/ put the aircon on but couldn’t work it out. So we went to reception the next day to ask for a fan and they said they didn’t have one, which is understandable but we then asked for the air con to be turned on or the room temperature to be turned down, but the guy at the desk explained it was in winter mode so couldn’t do much. He said we could open the window, so the next day we opened the window slightly and we realized it was far to loud with the traffic to be able to sleep with the noise, so I didn’t sleep to great again that night and really wanted to due to having a long drive back. Also I thought with paying a decent amount for the hotel, breakfast would be included but they said it was £19 each and then when we went to book it on the morning it went up to £25 per person because we didn’t book it the day before . Also having to pay £15.00 per night for parking, you would think there would be parking included or a discount for the space. Unfortunately I felt for £151.50 a night (£303 altogether), we both felt it wasn’t worth the money and I wouldn’t choose to stay at a Hilton again.

Clean, modern

Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is fast. The staff are very helpful. If you are driving in London, then it's a great location. They have parking onsite with lots of space. This hotel is near a commercial center with quite a few options of restaurants, within a walking distance (only 5mins walking). It's not far to East Croydon Station (about 8 mins by taxi), and from there you can take one of the express trains and be in the city center quite quickly.

Clean nice big standard room. Owen, the male staff at the reception was awesome.

The air conditioning was set at 24 degrees and they said could not be changed due it’s it being winter and central heating so sleeping was quite uncomfortable and I had to open the window that also won’t fully open. So I won’t be shaking again due to this issue.

Location - Just 10mins drive from East Croydon Station also buses available. Bed - Extra massive, I booked a King Size room 😍 Overall all, lovely & Clean , great service from Staff.

There should be more bottled water available for guests especially during this heatwave.

Staff were exceptionally polite and helpful. As a solo female traveller I felt well cared for . Bed was extremely comfortable . Got a bit lost in the giant feather pillows but not a critisicm. Breakfast room staff were very good and choice of breakfast was brilliant.

Think that the evening staff in the bar could have been better. They didn't seem to know whether to serve at table or the bar. Food was adequate . Slightgly limited choice. I had the Duck salad. It was a small portion. Enough for me but served on a small plate so didn't feel like an evening meal. I don't remember reading about the extra £15 a night for parking that I had to pay. Bit expensive for a hotel guest parking I thought.

My special requests were followed and it made my Girlfriend very happy. I was very impressed. The room is very big and clean. Very cozy.

Very comfy bed, soundproof large room, great pillows, good quality shampoo, conditioner & body cream, & fridge was a bonus.

Very friendly staff who were courteous and polite. Room was very big and nice. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety and we really enjoyed this. Lots of parking too which was hugely convenient.

The room was quite hot when we got in. The thermostat didn't seem to be working, so was quite uncomfortable during the night.

escogimos este hotel porque estaba a 1 km. del centro tal y cómo indicabais en la página de booking, luego la realidad es que estaba a 59 minutos del centro. UN ENGAÑO. teniamos hecha la reserva para 4 personas y solo teniamos toallas para 2. las camas estaban muy mal hechas y la limpieza en general muy mala, con mucho polvo en la habitación.

Not a great and convenient location It's situated in purley ,far from Croydon its situated in an industrial estate Not enough facilities in the room for a king guest room compare to other Hilton hotels Only basic breakfast Not much choices even for cereals When we are going out we have to stop and give spaces and time to pass for the house keeping because they were blocking the way On the day of check out the house keeping came twice to the room to clean before we coming out It doesn't value for money and no way going back there for my next visit to London

The hotel was immaculate.

No complimentary bottles of water or biscuits in the room. Water and snacks were available in reception, but they were uncovered and therefore unhygienic.
