The host - Mat (maybe two t's?), was exceptional and went out of his way to be accommodating. The location was fantastic - only a few hundred yards from the tram. Can't fault it. Will be staying again.

Leafy and tranquil street, flexible check-in times and how clean and comfortable the room was. The area is very quiet and the views inspiring (large garden in the back). The proximity to Gatwick airport is possibly one of its biggest advantage however - being able to get to the airport within 30 minutes door to door meant I could sleep a little more before my morning flight. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

To improve breakfast options, perhaps including some local cheeses would really add to the luxury experience.

The location (in South Croydon and in terms of proximity to London) is fantastic. It's in a lovely residential neighborhood with the High St. just a few minutes walk away. The area of South Croydon has a lot to offer too; lots of great bars and restaurants in under 20 min. Street parking and small 2-car driveway available. The room at Croham Park B&B was lovely - we had quite a large room and bathroom. It has everything you could want: a desk to work at, coffee/tea kettle and cookies; hairdryer and tv in the room. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Nice selection for breakfast options. And the owners, Matt and Bev, are so welcoming and kind. Can't say enough nice things about them and their place!

Lovely older style property with spacious rooms and high ceilings.

Stairs presented some challenge to my wife.

The breakfast is very good, you can choose between english breakfast, pancakes, or toast with eggs. Plus cereal, toast hot drinks and juice.

Nothing to mention, everything was excellent.

Bev and Matt are wonderful hosts, the rooms were comfortable and immaculately clean, breakfast was superb. Will definently stay again.

Edwardian style house, converted into an upmarket guest house. The owner, Matt and his wife were excellent hosts. Great ambiance, quiet location but easy to get to East Croydon, friendly, excellent, modern bathroom Breakfast was of the continental kind, cereal, croissand, coffee/tea etc which was fine for me.

A great place to stay Much better than all those noisy hotels on the Purley Way Matt and Bev cant do enough for you I will be back, when next working in the area
