Вночі не можливо було відпочити. Було дуже гучно , не спокійні відвідувачі і ніхто з охорони не робив їм зауваження.

La amplitud de la habitación. La comodidad de la cama. Que proveen artículos de higiene personal. En las piscinas había para familia y solo adultos.

The singers at night were good and the rooms we stayed in were clean, comfy and had a nice layout.

The staff looks unhappy, and are not well trained. I noticed the management was not around at all, and the maintenance of the hotel is quite poor. The beach was very small and wasn’t clean.

הבעיה היתה שאני שילמתי הכל דרך הויזה וכתבו שכל בסדר כאשר הגעתי למלון אמרו לי שאני שילמתי עבור חדר והחדר השני רק ללילה אחת ואני חייבת לשלם וזה עשה לי אי נוח והם אמרו שכך זה נהוג אצלם למרות שדרך ה בוקינג כתבו לי שהכל נעשה בסדר

The absolute highlight of our trip! We ended up being upgraded to a sea-view room and we were allowed to check in about an hour early. All of the staff were wonderful and helpful. The facilities were great - bedroom had great natural light, and a separate shower and toilet area. The included shampoo etc were really good quality. The room was spotlessly clean. The swimming area for the Dead Sea was small but it was manned with a lifeguard, and a staff member kept the complimentary mud topped up. It felt very safe to take phones, cameras etc with you. There were also showers at the sea level, because you do NOT want to walk around with extra-salty water on you. Having done the Dead Sea elsewhere without this service, it really made a difference. The adults-only infinity pool was great, lots of loungers and a good mix of sun and shade. The kids pool was still closed but families were given the entirety of the lower, larger swimming pool. We did not use the onsite restaurants but there is a small shopping mall/food court on the other side of the attached conference venue, which had more budget-friendly options. We were also offered a complimentary late check-out, which we weren't able to use but I wish we did. The hotel was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and we'd definitely go back if we return to Jordan.

The "no outside food" rule was a bit annoying, understandable given the food options on-site, but bottled water should have been allowed at least. Also, it's a hotel, so drinks at the bar are pretty expensive. Otherwise everything really was perfect.
