Very good located, bright, clean and well equipped apartment. It was quiet too, to provide us a good sleep after the long sightseeing tours. With pleasure again in this apartment. :)

The apartment is in a very central location, 1 min away from the metro and 3 mins walk to placa catlunya. The apartment is vast and looks recently renovated. All the rooms are very nice, and the shared space is also nice. They have a pretty cool balcony. There are plenty of towels, and amenities. You can also use the washing machine, cleaning supplies, dishwasher, etc.

Location is great, near shops and restaurants. secure place and gate. clean apartment.

1 toilet was smelly. NO PARKING, i paid 89€ for two nights for parking.

Location is as great as the Apartment! Interior is super nice and has all amenities. Enjoyed a folder the host left with all important information around the Flat. Thank you!

The first time to enter the building and apartment is a bit confusing but once you get it is super easy! The Heating in the Living Room is not enough but if you close the balcony doors then its ok. I would advise to have extra blankets if anyone needs it.

great location, and the quietness although it was on main street. cleaning amenities was available and all new. loved the terrace.

only sofa bed in the living room required another sofa for a family of 7. in addition the sofa bed is outdated. It would be wonderful to add a daily cleaning service.

The apartment was what I expected for the price, modern, clean and comfortable, great location.

I didn't like the online process one has to go through to pay taxes, damage deposit, and get the electronic code to open the door (there are no keys for the apartment). You can message the agents who manage the property for help with these processes but beware their office closes early evening. We never could not get the electronic lock on the front of the building to work but lucky when we arrived the property caretaker had not yet left for the evening - if you miss him and the office is closed and you don't have a local phone number an have a problem you may be out of luck (we were told that we would be unable to access help until the next morning in those circumstances). I would not book again as there is too much that could go wrong with this booking. Other than this there were no troubles - a minor irritation was noise from what sounded like the person in the apartment above doing running their laundry in the night, we also noted some superficial damage to the property when we arrived but we reported it (in case they tried to charge from our damage deposit) but they were aware of it already. We could not get the dishwasher to work. Overall though a really nice place to stay, but it should be for the price.

the bed is very comfortable and the building is quiet during the night providing a good night rest 👍🏻😀

I like it in general but I will recommend to cover the glass wold between the room and the bathroom as the light can be disturbing ,I also will recommend to provide in the flat rubbish beings for recycling . just suggestions to improve no complains 😀

we couldn’t get into the building!

checkin experience is disastrous— the payment link wants working and we had to wait for more than an hour u til a guy showed up and mentioned we can put at the door. i don’t think I ever met a staff that is more rude. They also deducted the insurance money saying we’ve lost the keys and then refunded us after they found them with the concierge. The apartment is amazing but they just made this a horrible stay.

You can hear everything the people upstairs are doing. From 11pm-3am there was loud bangs and the sound of kids running around. Every time they pulled a chair out on the balcony you could hear it all. Also pictures made it look a lot nicer and bigger than it actually was.
